This is underappreciatd brand of pellet. Mind you this is only a percentage of my birds diet but since adding this, it really added to my birds colors, feather quality and they do enjoy eating it

My GCC and Jenday Conure absolutely love these pellets. My product came in and smelled very fresh. Iv never had any problem with any of their products as I am a strong fan of there Nutriberri line of treats (pssst! “Absolute bird crack!”). Bag came in . Lasts a very long while with these two knuckle heads. Which is great considering birds are known to be messy eaters. Here’s my only snag with the product.. its first ingredient is Corn and for most organic pellet enthusiasts they want no fillers, and most cheaper company’s use corn in their products as a cheap filler. I have used Tops organic pellets for a while because they are cold pressed and more healthier, but also a little bit more expensive.. So, generally its a toss up when purchasing pellets for birds. I like this product but if Lafeber’s can make a cold pressed pellet without corn , count me in on buying it in bulk.

Definitely Recommend
My African Grey has been raised on this since it was born 26yrs ago. He loves it and I never have any food refusal issues. He would let me know if he didn’t like it because when he doesn’t like a food item, he not only will eat it, but fling it away. What I don’t like is how expensive it is. Just a few years ago it was $17.

Beware of your search bringing up wrong items.
Searched for Nutriberries. Got this instead. The box is identical to the Nutriberries box. My African Grey won’t eat them. They are probably too small for him. They are very small. So if you have a large bird, don’t buy these. If you have a small bird or small-medium, they should work just fine. I’m sure they are good and fresh because Lafaber makes a high quality product but large birds need something to grasp and my Grey and Greater Sulfur Crested Cockatoo want something larger to grasp. They have to be able to hold food in their claws.
