Not for a hoglet/Hedgehog
I got this for my hedgehog and it does not have a deep enough pocket to keep her safe from falling out.The fabric flap is not secured with any closures. Probably great for lizard just not a hedgehog

Passed my pickie man’s test
He’s a bit long for it but as soon as I got him in and one button snapped he was good. I felt him start to snuggle in even though his booty was hanging out. Very soft fleece, strap is thick and sewn good and good on plastic buttons.Update:He still loves his sling, as I’m holding him and putting it on he’s trying to climb into it. He just snuggles in and off to sleep after his outside and bath, he says it’s mommy time.

My bearded dragon, crested gecko, and leopard gecko have slept in this sling. This is amazing especially because the cresty hates being held.

It’s perfect size (my girl is very small but it could easily fit a large beardie), it’s really supportive (adjustable straps) and buttons are easy to work. What I love most is that it’s the perfect clingable material for her lil claws. She does not fall. I did house chores and she just napped and cuddled like a baby in there and wasn’t disturbed. It makes cuddling and travelling and quality time so easy! It’s also a soft material that keeps warm but doesn’t rub uncomfortably against the scales or get caught. The strap is also very adjustable to make it super secure so it doesn’t slide around!I used to struggle with cuddling or carrying her around because a lot of shirts she can’t cling onto very well, so I always have to change, but this solves all my problems!!!I have reccomended this to all my beardie friends and I 100% reccoemnd it to everyone for their beardies too!

My daughters bearded dragon absolutely loves this! The material is so soft and he feels so safe that the minute heâs in it, heâs out like a light! Heâs gone on walks and a few longboard rides safely inside this and loves popping his head out to look around. Definitely recommend!
