Itâs a great product and great customer service
I really like this camera and monitor! It has worked really well for our family and I feel like itâs great quality for the price. I have just a couple cons (see below) but for the most part itâs pros!Pros:-great picture quality-big screen and great features-will activate screen when noise is detected-great sound quality and I can easily hear my children if they wake up-easy set up and pairing of cameras-customer service is awesome (see below)Cons:-the power button is a little wonky, sometimes it takes a few pushes to turn on-you cant control the direction of the camera from the monitor, itâs all manual. This is the biggest thing I wish could change, it makes setting up the camera kind of difficult. You have to make sure itâs just right manually.Also on another note, the customer service is amazing! My son dropped our monitor after only having it 6 months, the drop completely cracked the screen and rendered it almost useless. I contacted customer service and within 6 hours they already had a new monitor shipped to me for free. I was shocked and so thankful for the fast turn around.All in all, great system and I highly recommend it!

Great monitor
We purchased through Amazon Warehouse and this monitor is great. Easy to see monitor even when room is dark. Love the adjustable sound and talk feature. It was super easy to set up.As an update itâs been over a year and this monitor is great and meets our needs. Weâve had no issues with it and has always worked properlyUpdate:Monitor was working great but we had an issue with the battery. Moonbaby Customer service was great and quickly helped. Great monitor.

I love this monitor! The price is amazing for what you get. Easy to pair the cameras. AND it comes with a two year warranty with INCREDIBLE customer service. Contact them if you have issues and they will do their best to replace whatâs broken for you. Email them at moonybabyamazon@gmail.com.Pros: easy set up, good picture, good night vision, good sound, switches between the cameras if you choose to do so, can pair up to 4 camerasCons: the battery life gets shorter the longer you own it so we plug it in when we use it at night. I can use it for two nap times during the day without plugging it in though so thatâs great. Itâs not super wide photo BUT they do sell one that costs like $30 more that DOES have wide angle if you want that.

1st unit lasted almost 3 years! Buying another
About to repurchase because our 1st monitor & camera set lasted almost 3 years! It held a charge really well for the 1st two years & started needing to be charged more frequently/constantly during the 3rd year. We use it for naps & bedtime (our previous camera kicked the bucket the first night we brought our 2nd baby home so I know exactly how old our current one is) & it gets a lot of use.Super easy to travel with & we like that we don’t have to mess with wifi or safety issues (my wife’s family are all electrical engineers & know how easy it would be for someone to hack a wifi monitor).

Canât even use
We plugged these up and started to try to mount the cameras only to find that there is no option to zoom out and the camera itself is so far zoomed in that we are unable to see most of the rooms we put them in. The camera would have to be placed outside of the room to even be far enough away to view what weâre trying to get it to see. We mounted it on the furthest wall in my sonâs room and it was so far zoomed in we were only able to see the pillows on his bed and a small portion of his carpet. Our house is very small and I donât know if these are made for people that have huge extravagant rooms or what, but we figured since our house is small the camera should view most of the room if not all of it. Super disappointing. The quality of the video and sound seemed fine but it definitely is only built for certain homes. Personally, I would rather spend a bit more for a better option.

Pros and cons
I have had this for almost a year now: the camera quality is good, the video quality itself is good, I love that I can have more than two cameras connected to it. I only have an issue with the chargers. Or maybe itâs the monitor itself. Either way Iâve been through multiple chargers and they never last long. I think the monitor and cameras pros still outweigh the cons and will continue to buy more chargers but Iâm very frustrated with it.

A+ customer service
We bought this less than a year ago. We also bought an extra camera, so we have three linked up. We’ve liked it. But I went to plug it in to charge it one day and I discovered the charging pin (which is very thin) was snapped in half. (How, I have no idea.) I emailed customer service because I couldn’t find a matching replacement charger anywhere. They sent me a brand new one for free, with expedited shipping. When it arrived, I plugged in the screen. Nothing happened. Bummer. Emailed customer service again and they sent me a brand new screen, again free of charge and again with expedited shipping. It arrived today and paired with all of our cameras perfectly. I’m a very satisfied customer. I’d purchase from this company again purely for their customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing Customer Service!
This is our 4th baby monitor in 4 years, and it is our favorite thus far – surpassing more expensive monitors by far! It was incredibly easy to set up, the picture and sound quality are great, and it is easy to monitor one or multiple rooms. Historically, the battery life had been exceptional, however we noticed that all of a sudden the battery would not charge, and the parent unit would only work when plugged in. I messaged Moonybaby via their Facebook page and immediately got a response from Nick at customer service. He asked me to confirm a few details, and then put a new battery in the mail the same day. We couldn’t be happier!
