Durable well packed light
I was a little worried when I seen the box was opened and taped shut but I must say it is the most well packed item I have received so far, it was perfect and works great, nice and bright plus the size fits my 50 gallon perfectly. I will also say it’s very heavy, solid and seems extremely durable! I would recommend

A good buy second time around
The first one didn’t turn on. The second one has lasted a year no problem. Doesn’t get too hot and is durable for my needs. Good size options and looks like any other long light. To me the value is there though it took a second try. I recommend.

Fixture works but the included bulb was broken
Update: I was contacted by customer support and offered a refund or two new bulbs. I elected to have two bulbs sent. They were shipped pretty quickly. I have yet to check if these bulbs work.Purchased this for my ball python. Took everything out of the package and plugged it in and the light didn’t work. I had a second bulb from a different brand. Plugged that in and the fixture worked.

It like this design much better than the rest. The hood that holds the reflector is solid and holds the shape of the reflector. Other more expensive light holders are flimsy and break easy. The bulb that came with it was reading 4 UVI 8 inches from the light. Not to bad. I’ll buy this brand from now on.

Faulty lighting
So from the moment I started using this lamp, it flickers. When I adjust the lightbulb, it may stay on for a while. But God forbid you close the door and it no longer works again. The facets do not properly hold the lightbulb in place to keep the light on. Very disappointing. Iâve had to purchase another lamp for my dragon.

Larry likes it!
I thought this was an excellent light. it’s a T5 . it’s 24 inches long and powerful. Very bright way better than the other one pictured which is smaller in the background , which is also a t5 . As I said in the in the intro Larry likes it. And isn’t that what counts? Larry. Anyhow think I will keep it and think about getting another one .I would recommend this product. Very best light fixture
I have been fighting and fighting other brands of fixtures, trying to keep the bulbs in the right position, keep the bulbs from blinking, just keep the bulbs from turning themselves off!! Then the bulbs and fixtures only last one or two months and then never work again! I was skeptical when I bought this light but I am so glad I did! It is a joy to use, it is better quality, and the bulb stays in place! It is easy to remove the bulb and install again, no fighting and wrestling with this light. The light never blinks and the bulb never needs adjusting to burn brighter or come back on. I canât believe Iâve wasted so much money on cheap fixtures for years! Do yourself a favor and purchase this fixture.

Worked great until it didnt
After a week of using this light, it just stopped working. Until that point worked just fine. I would expect a $70.00 light to work longer.
