Relatively easy to install as long as you have the tools, flange does a good job covering up an uneven cut. The door tends to stick a bit, but otherwise it works well with my cats.

The product is exactly what I was looking for. However, practically speaking I am still trying to train my 3 cats to overcome the magnetic pressure required to open the door. I used this cat door on my garage door and chose a magnetic latch so the door would stay closed as the garage door raised. It took some handyman effort to install. The screws are very tight going in, so make sure you have an exact size Phillips head screwdriver.
