Terrible smell
Product smelled so strongly of paint that it burned my eyes. I put it back in the box and the smell lingered for hours. The inside also had a few sharp points that could hurt the gecko.

Strong chemical smell.
It looks nice but the stench of chemicals is so strong that I would never use it for a gentle and delicate reptile. I would be sincerely afraid that our gecko would die overnight from being exposed to this. Iâm only giving 2 stars because it is pretty, besides that useless due to chemicals

Big but smelly
As far as the item goes it is pretty bulky and the magnets are ok but with the eyelets it sticks out alot but easy to remove. The hide itself smell really strong like paint or polish so not sure whats the main reason for this but maybe washing it really good will help but id recommend if the smell remains it may not be good for your reptile.

Do not buy.
HORRIBLE smell upon opening. Magnets do NOT hold up what so ever. Avoid buying this product as it is entirely not worth it. Cheap and not safe for any reptiles.

smells strongly, possibly uncured resin
It smells SEVERELY out of the box, so strongly it is very similar to if someone had spilled nail polish remover. I am not sensitive to smells usually, but the box and styrofoam it was packaged in all smell very strongly. This leads me to be concerned that the resin this was made from did not cure properly before being packaged and shipped. I can’t risk using this for any of my delicate reptiles, so sadly it’s getting tossed out.
