Is This An Effective Support Product?

A 1,200-pound horse requires about one wafer daily. If certain conditions are present, or at your veterinarian’s suggestion, increase the daily dosage to two wafers per day.

Great product
Easy to feed and my horses love them!

Our barn manager really despises giving supplements to clientsâ horses and just wonât do it or do it consistently, even if made as easy as possible with those high cost prepackaged ones (looking at you SmartPak). Ends up being a waste of money and the horses donât benefit. Rather annoying but the rest of the care is phenomenal, so we let it slide. My horse is 19, and last summer her tail started thinning at the top and looked awful. Iâm only a weekend rider at this point in my life (work and kids, boooo lol) so I canât give her supplements daily myself nor can I rely on someone else. So I got these and the Flex wafers as a treat for her. She gets 3 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday- hoping I can make up for the full week. (I know the package says not to over feed too many at once to reduce GI Upset, but she doesnât have any issues with this). Plus 3 of the Flex wafers and a 2 scoops of multivitamin each day too lol. So she gets a bucket of treats 2x per week. Well let me tell you, after about 6 months- she is gleaming and shiny without any extra grooming on my part. Her tail even is filled back in with new growth. She didnât love the taste at first when I hand fed them but when itâs all mixed in her bucket she gobbled it up now. She started banging down her stall door the minute she hears me opening the bags in the tack room. Highly recommend- but as with any supplements patience is key.

Easy to feed
Second order of these, waited to review. Used a similar product in a powder form for years, but there was always residue in bottom stuck to feed pan so I felt like he was not getting full dose and I was wasting my money. There is no waste this way, he gobbles it up! His coat is glorious and shiny!

Helps with the summer itch
In Arizona, it gets hot, sticky and just unbearable in the summertime. My mare loves her butt scratches and does it more in the summer, no it isn’t worms…she just has a bit more itch due to the dry heat. These help a little, my mare actually holds me hostage until she gets her Omega when it’s time. It is super easy to feed, my horses love it and it helpa their hair for the cost that you pay for these.
