Complete kit, simplifies a messy process
Washing my dog is always an experience; I finally got him to the point of being comfortable walking into the walk-in shower and he’s never washed outside with the garden hose because it’s only cold water. Some people are okay with that, but if it’s too cold to you, it’s too cold for the dog, so I choose to be considerate of my dog as a sentient with feelings. That said, this comes with an adapter for attaching it to the showerhead and it is such a better choice than using the regular showerhead. That’s because when I release the showerhead, the water keeps going, so I have to turn the water off and on, plus it dangles and has to be caught as it swings when in use. Comparatively, this cuts off when I stop squeezing the lever, which saves water and makes applying soap and rinsing super easy. Now my dog get the benefit of a warm bath and I get the benefit of not being soaking wet when it’s over. Highly recommended.

Perfect to wash your dog, but ……
I finally used this hose on my Husky and there are a few things that I like and dislike. First what I like the 2 dispensers, I use one for deshedding and the other one for odor control. I also like that comes with various adapters for any situation and I like that you can use one of the adapter on your garden hose. The gloves are perfect to wash the dog. The bag is very handy to storage everything. Unfortunately, the jet gun didn’t seem to work. I turned the knob to soap, but no leather came out, just water. I had to pour the soap on my dog. The water never went inside in the dispenser. I don’t know if the gun was defective or not.

You End Up Using Way More Soap Than Normal
This is a very helpful tool for bathing big dogs, dogs that don’t like the water, and super playful dogs that love water and want to fun-wrestle you in the water while they’re being washed. It’s especially helpful for use in cold winter. One of our bathrooms is a shower only “tub” with a bar on the wall (I guess for handicap people), and we bathe the dogs in that one while their leashes are hooked onto the bar in winter. We attached this hose to our shower faucet and it helped out big time in bathing the dogs. It cut the time down, saved water, made it much easier to apply soap/shampoo, and do a double wash if needed. I bet it will be just as helpful outside in the summer time, too.The only problem I see with this is how much soap it uses. I used it on the light setting every time, but it quickly uses all of the soap and runs out. I don’t know if it’s supposed to use that much even on light setting, or if I got a flawed one, but it is definitely a waste of soap/shampoo. For a regular size dog, sixty pounds or so, you will use both of the soap jars. So, have them both filled and ready to swap during bathing.It comes without attachment instructions (which is dumb), but my husband figured it out fairly easy. So, heads up for those of you that buy this and can’t figure it out. I uploaded a video of me attaching it to the shower.

So far so good!
This is my second try at one of these systems (different manufacturer). Hopefully this one lasts longer the the first. As with the other one, this makes it real easy to wash my two 70+ pound dogs outside. The other one lasted a couple of washes and then the thing just blew apart mid-wash. Everyone thought it was funny…except me 🙂 Fingers crossed this one is THE one! I’ll update the review if not.

Great for home grooming
This set is excellent for grooming your pup at home. I really like that the shampoo is contained in the bottle and easily dispensed. The nubby gloves fit well and the dog seems to enjoy their use. All parts are quality made and attach as directed. All connections worked and I experienced no leakage from the hose or sprayer. The nozzle has a hanging hook for convenience and multiple spray settings to choose from. A storage bag is also included! This is really a good value ($27.99 @ the time of this review) for such a complete home grooming kit.

Good dog washing kit with spray nozzle and 8 foot hose
This is a good set for giving your doggy a bath outdoors. You can put the sprayer in a 5 gallon bucket of water or attach it to your hose and use it that way.I like that the nozzle has 10 different spray patterns so you can go from very light to more pressure to get all of the soap off of the dog after they have been lathered up.Everything works well together. I like the attachments for the nozzle. The gloves also came in handy.I think it’s a good set reasonably priced at around $28.
