OH MY GOSH!! I wish we would have bought this a long time ago! It works great on our Golden Retrievers and cats. The amount of hair that it accumulates is amazing! Helps prevent matting. The more the brush gets, the less that will be in the house. I would recommend!

Excellent dual sided grooming tool
Our dogs blow their coats twice a year and they have double coats; one has a slightly longer top coat. This tool satisfies the needs with both dogs.Itâs very effective and the dogs donât seem to mind it.Just to start within a few minutes after loaning to a friend they sent me the picture I enclosed.

Removes bulk
I bought this for our constantly shedding dog. It removed quite a bit of bulk, which in the end, does reduce the shedding a bit. But it was more like a hair cut for her rather than removing loose hair from her double coat. Works good, but not exactly what I needed. Would work great on a dog with very thick bulky hair.

My mother is a dog groomer of over 20 years and she recommended this brush for my chow chow mix and lord I thought the hair would never stop! But I was just using the wrong type of blade for her coat. The shedding is under control now! I should have ask for advice much sooner. I brushed her outside and it was âsnowingâ. The brush is a little big but I bought the large so itâs heavy but Iâll learn. It is comfortable to hold and my dog loved it. So win win for the both of us
