Good mealworms…Great treat for chickens!
I ordered the Manna Pro Farmhouse Favorites Mealworms Poultry Treat so that we would have a special treat to feed to a small backyard flock of chickens that we occasionally check in on and interact with. The chickens absolutely loved these mealworms.We will be keeping some of these mealworms on hand as a treat for our feathered friends!

Great snack to make your hens happy!
Our chickens love these bugs! They’re a great protein source and came contained cleanly. Personally, I find dealing with this sort of “snack” for our girls to be a bit icky so I appreciate that the bag is thick – no issues with ruptures. This means less icky messes to deal with – win!

Tasty treat for the chickens
We have a handful of chickens and so far they have loved this treat! We actually sprinkle this around the ground near their coop so it adds more of a foraging element to the treat as well. No adverse effects and they have really enjoyed it to this point.

This is a large bag of dried mealworms and I think I even see some crawfish tails or similar. These snacks are going over very well with the large birds we feed outside! Our bird friends definitely seem to be appreciating this mix. Absolutely recommend!

Chickens loved it
Chickens aren’t particularly picky to be fair but they did go crazy for these grubs. Actually helped with their laying as well which is usually really weak in winter but for a while while eating on these they perked up. Good treat for the ladies and high in proteins. Like to see that it isn’t made in China and the variety in flavors is kind of neat.

Chickens love it
This is a great treat for my chickens and they absolutely go nuts over it. I really like the mix of bugs in this, including what I consider the sea-roach – shrimp bits. I wasn’t sure how they were going to react but they all went crazy for it. My chickens are free-range so they have access to plenty of live bugs, that made no difference when throwing out a few handfuls of this, they cleaned up quick. Price is fair I suppose, couple bucks cheaper would be ideal. I suppose that could be said about anything.

Mealworms are so overwhelmingly better a deal on here than from pet and even feed stores, that even ones like this that are a little more boutique and thus not as value-focused are still a pretty good buy.The chickens, it comes as no surprise, consider these to be fine delicacies.And I do like that it comes as a variety pack, to give their greedy little beaks a swathe of nutrition.

This Manna Pro Farmhouse Favorites Quirky Quatro Crunch Protein Treat for Mixed Flocks is a great treat for your feathered friends.My neighbor has several chickens and I got this for them as a treat, because I often get eggs from them, so I wanted to say thank you. They really seem to love this stuff. It has a nice mix of different types of Larvae, Mealworms, Beetles & Shrimp and in different sizes as well. They really go crazy when they get this, and the fact that it is nutritious for them makes me happy.
