My bird destroyed the collars in hours
The little collars were pretty and my 33 year old Goffins Cockatoo seemed to enjoy wearing it. But, when I got her up this morning from her nighttime sleeping cage, the collar was on the floor. She had destroyed part of the velcro, ripped up little pieces of the fabric and removed it. I was hoping it would help stop her from feather picking, which she had started over the past year or so but sadly, this was not the solution. I’m not sure if there is a solution that would help a 33 year old parrot with a life expectancy of 30 to 40.

The material wasnât the best for a bird
Since the product is soft, my lovebirdâs nails got stuck when he tried to walk, he would stay immobile until I could release him. It got also bended a lot. My bird could only use it for a couple minutes

Bird collar for an eclectus
We bought this for a collective he was plucking. He ended up getting the velcro off and cut his self. We only used one color and I don’t think we’re going to use the others. The color was light it fit good but he didn’t like it much.
