Medium size fits a young or small rat, or a grown rat if collar is trimmed
This collar is to help a pet recover from injuries so the pet can’t reach the injury. My wife keeps pet rats. This medium size collar will fit a small or young rat. If the inner part is carefully trimmed to enlarge the neck opening, it will fit a full-size, mature rat. We like that it is clear to aid observation while healing. We like the hook-and-loop fastener makes it easy to use. We like that it can be trimmed to fit a larger pet. We also like that it comes with some bandages to use to treat the pet’s injury. Overall this is a good kit that should help a small pet to recover from an injury. Five stars.

Not for Mice
Tried it. However pet mouse is too small for product no matter how fasten it. Oh well. Have had Pet Rats in the past and wouldnât recommend for them either.

WAY to small
I thought this for my chinchilla and when I tried to close the cone up the hole was so small my finger was the only thing that would go threw it . There 100% no way this would work on a chinchilla .at least I remember reading it was for chinchillas as well as other small animals

Not for gerbils that are full of energy!
This was a cute idea, but itâs impossible for me to put it on my little gerbil. My gerbils have been fighting so my plan was to put this on the my gerbil as she healed from her wounds, but it was incredibly hard trying to get her to remain still.
