Just what I needed
This carrier worked perfectly for my adult cat. It’s big enough, so he wasn’t cramped. It was easy to put together, requiring no tools. It’s a good price for a carrier that I only need to use occasionally. The handle is integrated plastic and may not hold up for a pet over 20 lbs. Otherwise, I recommend it.

Great carrier
Super easy to put together. Very sturdy, secure and roomy. The seamless handle is awesome. The complaints about the door not being secure, you are not using it correctly. Itâs a great carrier for dogs and cats!

Great for my purpose, but not for long travel
This carrier is all plastic except for the door, which is some type of metal. It works. It was less expensive when I didn’t have the money to spend on a more expensive one. What I liked -Easy to assemble. My cat fits in it (and, btw, she loved the paper that came with the package as a toy. LOL) She’s a small cat.The carrier is sturdy and I’ve had no problems that way I didn’t give it five stars on sturdiness because I can see a future problem. It performs the function of a carrier really well when it’s just to the car then to the house. I let my cat out while traveling. What I didn’t like -It’s a little small for traveling. So, if you want one for traveling, get the next size up from what you think you need. I have a small cat and I wouldn’t leave her in it for traveling. The locking method for the door. It’s a bit cheesy. The prongs of the door fit into “locks” that are in the carrier (you install the locks – they snap in) and you line up the locks with the grooves in the carrier. Then you turn all four locks to keep the door in place when closed. If you want the door to swing, you have to turn two of the locks. It’s awkward to deal with. The locks are plastic just like the body of the carrier, and I can see this becoming an issue after a lot of use. Also, I accidentally took the door off one time and my cat escaped! (She doesn’t like to be confined in any way, shape, or form.)Because the carrier came in pieces, I’m wondering about future stability. The top and bottom snap together, so I’m a little concerned that with regular use it might come apart. I’ve only used it four times since I got it.All in all, if one is looking for an inexpensive carrier and doesn’t expect it to be a travel carrier or to put heavy animals in it, it’s great. Would I recommend it? Yes, I would. I’m satisfied with my purchase, and in the same circumstances, I would purchase it again.

Excellent crate!
We use this one for spaying and neutering cats in our neighborhood. It is the best one we have. You just have to know how to use the little turn latches on the door correctly. They’re pretty self-explanatory. If you don’t have them turned the right way then, yes, the door will not stay locked. But if you do it correctly there’s no problem with the door. I found it very easy to open and close and for it to stay locked through many different trips to the clinic.

GREAT DEAL FOR BUYERS WITH BUDGET!!!!
Great deal for $14!!! I bought this item to bring my 4 month old kitten back and forth to the vet. I did purchase the bigger size to make sure my older cats can be comfy in it if need be.Pros: Itâs cheap! Itâs the cheapest carrier I was able to find. The size is great. Itâs not huge but it will definitely work for all 3 of my cats, one of which is quite chunky. It was super easy to put together. The door can open from the left or from the right. The handle to carry it is actually carved right out of the top half of the carrier, rather than attached separately. I really appreciate this feature because my last (and expensive) carrier had the handle snap off when moving my chunky cat into my house. The door and top stay securely closed and my cat would not be able to find a way out.Come: The only thing that I would consider a âconâ is that the carrier comes with âstrap hooksâ that you attach to the carrier yourself. These hooks are very flimsy plastic and I would not trust the weight of the carrier on them. I personally wouldnât use them anyway so it doesnât really bother me. But if youâre purchasing this item with intent to use these, donât. The entire cage is held together with plastic. The entire top half Is secured onto the bottom half with plastic clasps. I donât see it being a problem for the cats I own, but if you have a very fat kitty or small dog, I would be cautious.Overall I am pleased with my purchase and honestly see this as a steal.

Cute but not sturdy
Itâs lightweight, easy to carry, cute, but our 9 month old kitten who hates to be in a carrier broke the entire thing apart and injured her ear in the process in about 5 min. The top and bottom donât clamp together well. We have put zip ties to hopefully be able to continue using it and keep it together and decided not to return.

Decent value. Sturdy enough to ship a puppy.

I ordered one of these to replace a 20 year old carrier (that was much heavier and not as good of a gate system).2 days later I ordered another of these. So simple to put together, the kittens love playing in it, very light but solidly built.Just not sure why the top is open under the handle when it arrived, but it seems like it should be closed, so I closed it.Also, it comes with 2 strap hooks.I can’t imagine running a strap through the hooks and carrying like that, when it has a perfectly fine built in handle…

Great for the Vet visit – and a medium catWouldn’t go larger or longer.

Useful to ferry your furball aroundâespecially if you are not a fan of them on car seats. Sturdy build; spacious for a small breed.
