Great Nano Light!
I have had this light on two different aquarium and it will indeed grow easy plants, moss and of course algae. Great even for a display like I had my model 1:12 scale motorcycle under it for a while.

Problem with bulb.
The light bulb began to flicker and would not stop no matter what did. In addition the bulb got hot to the touch. NOT what I expected and my time to return item is over. Do Not Buy.

Need quality improvement
The whole set-up is sturdy except the light bulb. Itâs not fix in position and itâs very loose to come out but a few unscrewing. I think this is part of the design flaws, which the light bulb should be fixated and the connection part should be flexible to adjust for angles or height.

could be better
well, the base is plastic…and you will need a leveling mat… the light is only 1w so you have very limited applications… the usb adapter is quite big and has a very bright pilot light… the base does not exactly fit a 6 inch vase… just a couple more mm (maybe if the light bar is adjustable?) … my thoughts… hth (ps. the packaging is superb…. i think maybe i paid more for the packaging)

Not as Advertised
I got this for a bio enclosure because it said dimmable but it isn’t at all. it’s a simple on-and-off switch.Als, it had no I traction in the box so I have no idea how the timer could work.
