Great Product
I purchased this item to use to carry my pets back and forth to the vet when needed. It is fantastic product. It came just as it was described, and it was so easy to put together. It is much sturdier and more substantial than ones I have used in the past. It is light weight especially for the size, it is large enough to transport two cats at a time. If you have small animals, this carrier is a must.

Product not delivered as instructed
The product was not delivered as instructed (back door). As a result, the box was open and turned upside with the bottom part open. Other than that, the product didnât incur too much damage. It was scuffed up a little bit. It would have been nice if the instructions were followed. Overall, the product seems just fine. It will be tested by the pooch in due time on the durability.
