These are my go to waterers for tortoise hatchlings. Easy to get in and out of. Love that there are ridges on the inside as well to make getting out of easier and if they flip over it’s skinny enough they can flip themselves back over.

The plastic bottom is solid and will be easy to clean. Very easy to put together fill with water, screw on the base and flip over. Water did not splash out everywhere while doing this. No nooks and crannies that will get filled with gunk that is hard to reach with a brush/sponge/paper towel. Two for the price was fair. The water in tray is not overflowing and water level is shallow. Has worked good over the past few days. I placed this in my terrarium for crested geckos for a secondary water source.

Great base
I bought this based on other reviews. The base size is good for a medium or large vertical tank, but too big for a small vertical tank. It takes up alot of space even being in a corner. I think it would be great for horizontal tanks. I don’t see a cleaning issue as I use distilled or bottles water for my lizards, but I clean the water dishes frequently. I haven’t put water in it yet too see if it holds well as I’m setting up my tanks still. Will update later if there are any issues with dispensing…I was disappointed in the packaging. Both bottles were crushed pretty bad. I managed to get all the dents out, but the bottle material should be thicker for better quality.

The bottle that attaches is a little flimsy but it serves its purpose im able to go longer without having to refill the water

Not the quality I was hoping for
The bottles these came with were a very soft and flexible plastic. I didnât feel like theyâd work great in a tank with warm temps and an active gecko. Pretty disappointing!
