TradeKing CricketsTradeKing Crickets

At TradeKing, all of our crickets are veterinarian certified to meet the highest quality and purity standards.

Dried crickets are a perfect source of protein for a variety of animals and reptiles, such as salamanders, small snakes, frogs, toads, rats, bats, shrews, mice and insect-eating birds.

When it comes to pets who love crickets, reptiles are probably at the top of the list. Bearded dragons, lizards and iguanas are all insectivores, which means they’ll love our dried crickets all year round!

Gut-loaded crickets are rich in calcium, amino acids, fats, and protein. Dried crickets have the nutritional value of live crickets and are more convenient to feed. Our freeze-drying process ensures the preservation of all essential nutrients as well as increasing their shelf life.

Great Value and Time Saver for our Bearded Dragon
Can’t comment personally on the flavor, but our 2.5 year old bearded dragon (Taquito) loves them. We got tired of losing money on the live crickets that would perish (and making the frequent trips to the store). I know Taquito prefers the live crickets, and I love to watch the hunt, but he also likes these just as much. I do soak them for about 5 minutes in water so that he can get the water intake that he needs. I also will spray them with a calcium spray before serving. He likes them well enough. Between these and the Super Worms, he is a large, healthy Central Bearded Dragon. If you do not soak them, and your dragon’s water intake from Veggies/normal drinking is minimal, the poops are very dry and interesting. that’s what prompted the soaking, and that really seems to have kept things more “regular”. Taquito is pretty much a full-grown male, adult bearded dragon. With the size of these crickets, I would not recommend them for a growing beardie. Maybe this company has smaller sizes, but these are large crickets.Next up is getting him a larger habitat!!!

    Good crickets
Better quality than others I have purchased. These seem to be more nutritious. My lizard hasn’t told me if they are good or not but she’ll eat them, so…

Great product My bearded dragon loves it
MY BEARDED DRAGON LIKES IT. Also some advice- Run them under a little hot water to hydrate the crickets if your feeding bearded dragons or other reptiles. DONT FORGET TO DUST WITH CALCIUM POWDER ALSO. VERY IMPORTANT REPTILES GET THAT LOL. Found a cicada in my bag though, wasn’t a big deal, my bearded dragon ate it right up. Overall its a lot of bang for your buck. Especially if you don’t like feeding your pets live crickets, granted their were a few surprises in here. I actually found a dried cicadae, dried roach and a wasp as well so.

    My chickens love these
Nice sized crickets. Some are broken but that’s ok. I suggest to open them in a ventilated area however because they are pungent 🤭

    Turtles LOVE these!
Bought as a treat for my turtles and they LOVE them! Most are broken and small pieces is the only downfall…assumed I would be getting more whole crickets in the bag. Should read “natural dried cricket pieces”.

    NO
These are a terrible smell. I feed my bearded dragon dried crickets but he will not have anything to do with these and I have a hard time opening the bag due to the aroma.

    Very fresh
This seems like it would be really good for any cricket eating pet. Sadly I’m stuck with a whole bage of freeze dried crickets because I have an Oscar that is extremely picky.
