It all began in 1994, with our rescue white lab, Winston, who was diagnosed with arthritis and hip dysplasia. Several vets recommended putting him down, but this was never an option for us.

This product works!!!!
I have a dog that is extremely fearful of loud noises. Thunder, fireworks, etc. This is the only product I have used that really helps calm him down. He likes the taste, and he now associates the chews with feeling better. I like the fact that it is a natural product.

I used this 30 minutes to an hour before cutting my dogs’ nails. I have 3 dogs. They all took and ate it quickly. However, all three were affected differentlyIt worked VERY well for one dog, a 65lb Great Pyrenees x Lab mix. He was dazed, sloppy, slow, and lethargic, which was very unlike him. He also has separation anxiety, so I used it for that. It worked in calming him down sort of. He was still crying and barking, but he was doing it slowly. He also wasn’t pacing as much.For my other two dogs, it did not work. My Corso was completely unaffected, but luckily she is nail trained, so she doesn’t really need it. My Apbt x GShep mix, who is the worst of the three, was affected, but he overrode it once he saw the nail grinder and was back to stressing out. He still takes the treat but stays stressed because he has now made the connection between it and getting his nails cut.

Update: 2024 12 20 – The seller has reached out to me due to my original review, and I will give them FIVE STARS for that and support of their product. Coming from the violent background that my little girl did, I will say that maybe she is just too afraid of everything yet for any product such as this to really work. OR MAYBE I just didn’t give her “enough” at one time to help. I’m really cautious on “meds” for any pet I have, and she could very well be that one exception to any rule. I have only had her since April of this year, and it took her a few months to realize TOYS were to play with and chew on if she wanted to; and the noises and commotion in the apartment building I live in (not the best environment) gives her reason to be on guard all the time. I appreciate the seller taking the time to reach out and resolve the issue in the best way possible. THANK YOU NATURVET for “takin’ care of business”.I got these for my newly adopted baby girl. She came from Texas and was in a violent, backyard, hoarding, breeding situation. When I got her, she was just about to turn two. Everything in her new environment was scary for her. THESE DID NOT HELP CALM her down even a little that I could see. Now, it’s been a few months and she is starting to realize that people around us will not hurt her or kick her and she’s starting to trust people for the first time. She does not leave my side, but trying to help calm her even for a walk … well, these just didn’t help her out.

My dog literally barked ALL NIGHT LONG. It went on for weeks and weeks and I couldnât take it anymore. So I got this. The reviews raved but my dog is such a bad case of night anxiety I worried it was a long shot.The first night she barked for an hour but then stopped. I was stunned! I kept using it hoping with time it would get better and tonight- 2 weeks in- she barked for 5 minutes. And the amazing thing is that this only uses one spray and itâs super effective.Itâs a HUGE difference!! My dog sleeps at night now and itâs a huge comfort to know she isnât stuck in a cycle of anxiety anymore. Thank you!!

My dog is a high energy husky mix and these help her relax a little. If she doesnât have at least one a day she runs from window to window to keep up with the goings on in the neighborhood.

Works. You have to test and see how many it takes but once you have that dialed in itâs game changer time. My little girl gets 2 about 30 min before bedtime and sheâs out all night. If company is coming I give her 2 and she is laid back.

I honestly donât know if these actually work.. they seem to. My 2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback is in love with my husband and also a little anxiety prone when he isnât home. He recently started a new job with long hours. The first week she was restless throughout the day. This week, the second week, I have started giving her these chews with her morning meal that comes after a long walk. I use half the recommended dosage (2 – she is 80 pounds). She seems much less restless during the day, is settling more easily and resting more. Iâve seen a nice improvement in her evening behavior (think of a toddler who exhausted but doesnât want to miss anything).This could be the chews or she could just be getting used to my routine again. Only time will tell.Update: 2/19/2025I have now been using these chews for a few months and only twice a week.I have started giving my girl (80lbs) one chew in the morning with her breakfast and one chew with her dinner (12 hours in between doses). That seems to be the perfect amount to keep her calm during the day but not overly sedated. And the one with dinner helps her sleep soundly throughout the nights when my husband is working.This evening she accidentally received 2 chews with dinner. She is pretty sedated and she sounds like she has a little dry mouth. Iâm not sure if that is a side effect with hemp products, but something I wanted to note. For my purposes, these work well and are worth the price. Would definitely recommend trying before prescription medications.

We like this product for our Cane Corso dogs. The treats calm them after 15 to 20 minutes, and they usually sleep for 3 to four hours after taking this product. Our female usually takes 2 before a trip or if she will be left in the crate for a few hours. Our male Corso needs 4 for him to settle like the female. Product is a little small for our dogs becayse neither of them chew this product. Instead, they just swallow the little hearts whole. It would be nice if they came up with a big dog breed version. That said, this product works very well, our dogs love the taste, and I would recommend it to anyone who worries about leaving their dog(s) alone in the kennel for extended periods of time.
