    Sturdy and comfortable
Best carrier I could have gotten. Saves space, is comfortable for your cat and my cat seems to love it! I can tell you that in less than 5 minutes my cat was inside of the carrier purring and playing inside. He truly felt safe and I usually do not leave reviews but I had to for this one. He is a full grown male cat and he has lots of space in the carrier. I’m using it to transport him as comfortably as possible to our new home. When I carry him in it, it doesn’t collapse on him, it keeps it’s shape and is comfortable to carry so it is very sturdy. For extra comfort you could add a blanket but it is not needed. Great price and great product and material. I believe he will be using it as a bed after we move haha

    Cat, Owner and Vet Approved
I’ve had this for about a year, but am finally getting around to writing a review. The reason? I took my cat to the vet in this carrier yesterday and, as happens almost every time, I received a positive comment about it. This time it was from the vet tech – a person who wrangles animals in carriers for a living. She loved how easy it was to carry – so much lighter than a standard hard-plastic carrier. Ollie the 15-pound Maine Coon-mix likes the product as well. While in it, he can get a good view of what’s going on around him, but at the same time he feels protected by the sturdy mesh. A couple of days before the vet appointment, I unfold it – keeping the “entryway” open – and then leave it hanging around so Ollie gets the idea we’ll be making The Trip shortly. If I throw a towel, a squeak toy and a little catnip into the thing, I often find him lounging half in and half out of it. From my point of view, the carrier’s greatest asset is that it can be unzipped, refolded and then stored almost anywhere – takes up very little room. if you’re short on space, this carrier is the way to go.

Sturdy cat carrier that makes loading and unloading so easy!
I purchased this cat carrier because my cat is getting older, has arthritis and needs to make pretty regular visits to the vet. With traditional front load cat carriers, it is really hard to get her in and out of it, and it really aggravates her hip pain which makes her hate going to the vet even more. When we have to pull her out of those carriers at the vet, you can tell it causes her so much pain and I feel like a terrible cat mommy. I knew I had to find a good top load cat carrier but a lot of them were pretty expensive with a lot of so so reviews. When I saw this one, I decided to take a chance on it since it looked so easy to get cats in and out of and it is pretty inexpensive. I’m really glad I did. It folds up really compactly so it barely takes up any room when not in use. Still, it is very sturdy. It doesn’t have any problem supporting my 13 pound cat. I feel like she is safe in this cat carrier. Best of all, it is so easy to get her in and out of it. You can basically just put her down and zip up the carrier around her. For when she has to come out of it for the vet to examine her, you can just unzip it. This carrier has really helped with transporting my kitty, and I would definitely recommend it for pet parents with arthritic cats.

Good Carrier, light but strong – Mesh needs to be stronger.
It’s nice, light and pretty strong. My ‘found’ cat had kittens in April and I needed a better solution to cart them back and forth to the vet while shots and such were being taken care of. The mom is a slight of a cat, practically a kitten herself, but she managed to bite a small hole in the door mesh while trying to get out and of course that turned into a bigger hole, (I used some cord thread and ‘darned’ that right up), not enough to let them out, but enough to make them poke their faces thru during trips and waiting room antics. The three panel mesh is good as it lets them look out but feel safe and not ‘trapped’The mom weighs ~7 pounds and the kittens are up to ~3 pounds now and there’s been no worry with all three in. Mom’s brother/cousin was taken to the vet in the carrier as well and he weighs ~10 pounds (little less now that he’s been fixed lol) I forget what the limit is (20?) but feels strong. You may not want to read this if you are squeamish… The first trip to the vet for shots and checkup I had the mom and two kittens all together in this, (It’s pretty big/roomy) and along the way one kitten barfed, and pee’d and the other kitten left a present. Needless to say, mom kitty wasn’t too happy, but they all managed. The vet had towels and I managed to clean them up enough (I now take puppy training pads and lay them inside the carrier, but so far no need). When I got home, I unzipped and hosed it off fully then I tossed it into my Samsung washer and turned on the STEAM option, added pre-wash, extra rinse, extra dirty and low spin, this came out 2 hours later all fresh and happy. I hung it on the fence in the sun to dry and it’s still like new! Try that with your hardshell cat prisons! After the first trip nervous stomachs, every thing has been fine.It unzips all the way so if your kitty is shy about coming out, you can just zip away and suddenly there is no more carrier! The kitties love playing around and inside it so until they get all grown up, I keep it in the mudroom and they jump and sometimes sleep in it. They manage to unzip it on their own sometimes and I’ll wake up to a flat carrier.I know it is supposed to twist/fold for storage, however, I have not tried this feature.

    Easy and lightweight
I’m not much for stuffing a cat into a carrier. I’ve always carried my cats into the Vets. But, I had to move a few hours away and thought Blackie would be happier not roaming frantically around in the car. This carrier folds rather easily and is out of the way. It is roomy enough, sturdy enough and lightweight. All the reviews about it’s good points are true. I left it open for her to get used to it before putting her in but she didn’t use it because she has a basket she loves to jump into and tear up. She didn’t balk at going into the carrier though and she was quiet and content to travel. What more can I say. I would buy this over any other carrier.

When I hurt my neck I needed something light to carry my kitten(s) in when they were going to the vet. This carrier is very light, folds flat when the kitten is being seen at the vet, and can be reduced to something the size of a tea plate when not in use (although folding it can be fun!). It is large enough that when the kittens are older they will still fit comfortably, but only one at at time. Very good product.

Item as described, arrived in quick time. However, this is really designed for quite small cats…after a few outings with my cat (standard size) the zipper is pulling away from the fabric.
