Customers say
Customers find the pet food to be of good quality with top-notch ingredients, and their fish like it, with larger fish also eagerly eating it. Moreover, they report that their fish are healthy and the product lasts more than a year, with one customer noting its vibrant colors. However, the pellet size receives mixed feedback, with some finding it great for small tropical fish while others note it’s super small. Additionally, the sink rate is also mixed, with several customers reporting that it sinks immediately.

Have used for years-fish love it!
I have used this product for about 5 years. My fish are healthy and happy. If they pass way, it is from age not disease. Love the benefits of the garlic. Amazing product! One jar lasts much longer than flakes.

Happy fish
I bought simply because it said its good for stressed fish and since I was starting my aquarium and adding fish I thought it would help keep them from stressing with the changes. Seems not only did it help, they love it and eat it better than their other food. So its my first go to when feeding my fish. All of them. The pieces are very small so all size fish enjoy eating without a problem. There’s no waste. Just have to be careful not to feed too much because the pieces are small and if you pour you’ll have a mess. I just pinch some in, let them eat and if they want more I’ll give them more. My fish go to the top of the tank looking for more so I know when they want more.

Not small enough for my CPDs, but still good.
I got this in hopes that it would be small enough for my celestial pearl danios. Unfortunately only the two largest of the CPDs can fit them in their mouths, but it grinds down easily enough with a mortar and pestle. My ember tetras and betta also enjoy it.

High Quality Food!
I bought this food to be a good addition to my community tankâs diet, which currently houses neon tetras, ember tetras, honey gouramis, khuli loaches, and the calmest betta I have ever seen. The ingredients in this pellet food are extremely high quality, with krill, squid, and more. There is wheat flour in there, but it is the third ingredient, rather than the first, as seen on lesser quality fish food brands. The pellet is super small, but I find it to be a pro rather than a con. More fish can eat it, compared to a larger pellet than only big fish can eat. It also has a smell to it, but it shouldnât stop you from buying it. Just open and close the lid quickly if it bothers you a ton. With that being said, the smell does seem to attract fish to it. Unfortunately my both of my tetras and my honey gouramis do not like this food. My tetras, especially my ember tetras, just spit this food out. Probably because theyâre spoiled, lol. But my 3 bettas, the one in my community tank included, seem to love this stuff. For me, this food isnât my favorite, because some of the fish I keep wonât eat it. But that doesnât mean I donât recommend it! Itâs made of high quality ingredients and it is small enough that most nano fish can eat it.

Fast sinking pellets
This is a great brand and my fish love them but this particular lind sinks IMMEDIATELY instead of sitting up top for 2 or 3 mins so top/mid feeders have to chase them down and pick them out of the gravel. The pellet size is great for small tropical fish and my breeding tank once theyre a week or so old. This is definitely a good one for bottom dwellers. Will be going back to the regular kind without the garlic added unfortunately.
