My Beta fish and I loved it.
This is a very well made plastic fishbowl very sturdy thick and good quality. I used it for my Beta fish that I’vereceived as a gift nine months ago she’s been in this fishbowl a little bit more than seven months and she is doing super fine with it. She moves freely and has enough space to swim around. This is practically for one Beta fish at least that’s what I think. I tried to show the real size of the fishbowl in the video and I think I capture it but it’s a very good size. I managed to put a decent size rockhouse for amall fish and a artificial plant. I got her in a very small square container where is she didn’t have a lot of room or decorations so this was a great improvement for her. This fishbowl does come with some decorative fish tank rocks but I bought some here on Amazon just because I like and wanted a different color but you can still use the ones that come with these if you like just make sure you rinse them thoroughly this will be much safer. As for the light I used it several times but she didn’t needed it so I end up just putting it aside, it’s still woks tho. Over all really happy with this purchase. Ps I wanted to wait a little before writing a review just so I can give my honest opinion.

Good for our purposes
Ok so I don’t know how it is as an actual fish tank, but my husband decided to put a jerky jar at his work station because all the office ladies have candy dishes…mini Slim Jims in this tank. Apparently it’s a hit.

Incorrect description
The description said it comes with a lid. There is no lid included in this kit. I got it specifically because I wanted a bowl with a lid that fit to it as it is a pain to get one separately. I would not have ordered it if it said no lid.

Funny marketing words in the product description and on the packaging aside, this is a nice little kit. The description was a little vague in terms of whatâs included. You get: the bowl, substrate (appear to be ceramic beads or something similar. Man made), and a LED light, which is nice and bright, uses a USB plug. Great for a beta or goldfish. Perfect first fish tank.Volume is only about 2.5 quarts of liquid. The description says 1 gallon. This is NOT one gallon. Barely over half that capacity. Other than that, not insignificant error, this is a decent little fish bowl set.

Functional, tiny fish home
The bowl arrived lightly scuffed, despite being shipped in a plastic bag and retail box. While it isn’t a big deal for me because it’s functional and I won’t be putting it on display. It may be an issue for some, especially for the price. The bowl shall serve as an overnight stay for my fish while the larger tank is getting cleaned. The stones and light are a nice addition for those first-time fish caretakers, but I don’t anticipate using them.

Took with me to vegas for a trade show to hold lots of lip balms and some lights as giveaways. Worked great as needed plastic for travel not glass.
