I’ve been feeding my cats ORIJEN Six Fish for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best cat foods on the market! The high-quality ingredients, including wild-caught fish and WholePrey nutrition, make me feel great about what I’m feeding my pets.My cats absolutely love the taste and eagerly wait for mealtime. Their coats have become shinier, and they seem more energetic since switching to this food. I also appreciate that it’s grain-free and packed with protein, which aligns with their natural diet.The price may be a bit higher than some other brands, but the quality is well worth it. If you’re looking for a nutritious, premium dry cat food, I highly recommend giving ORIJEN Six Fish a try!Would definitely buy again!

Good Stuff!
My cat is a picky eater, and usually prefers canned food to dry kibble. I was actually looking for the canned version of this brand, which I’d head good things about, but I didn’t see it on Amazon. So I bought this instead. I was shocked that my cat actually likes it! And my cat’s vet says this dry kibble is just as healthy as the canned version, and is actually better for my cat’s teeth. My cat and I are very happy with this!

Great Quality and Loved by Cats; Our Go-To Food
The quality of the cat food that I purchase became of great importance to me after I lost my first cat to a disease that my vet said was triggered by, and worsened by, the cat food I was feeding him (Fancy Feast). So I begin doing research on what cats really need in their diet and the backgrounds and production of various cat foods on the market. Of everything I found, this brand “Orijen” always seemed to make the top five list of healthiest and most nutritious cat foods made with the highest quality ingredients as well as the best sourcing and production practices.Admittedly, there was another brand that was above ‘Orijen’ in these categories that I wanted to give my cats…but cats are picky, and they did not care for that brand too much…so I went to my second choice, which was ‘Orijen’.Ever since trying Orijen’s ‘Cat & Kitten’, we have never found another “go-to” food for the cats.They truly love this stuff. And as you can see in the video, I once got a bag home and (even though they had eaten that morning) they were more than happy to tear the bag open before I could even get to it. (usually I keep the cat food stored away in a cupboard).If you’re looking for a fragrant, dry food to attract your cats’ attention, this is definitely a go-to. Even with my human nose, as soon as I open the bag I can smell a powerful scent of cat food; it’s not an unpleasant smell, but it is certainly strong enough that a cat will know that the food is there.As my cats’ responsible human, I am happy with this food because it is responsibly sourced with cat’s health and humane practices in mind. More specifically, it is made of 85% animal ingredients including free-run chicken/turkey, wild-caught herring/flounder/sardines, and cage-free eggs; and 2/3 of their animal ingredients are “fresh or raw”. I am also encouraged by the fact that the first 16 ingredients listed on the bag are all whole animal sources; no fillers, supplements, fruits, veggies, or mysterious compounds.Additionally, taurine, which you must be wary of in cat food since it can be found in high quantities (particularly in low quality, high protein) cat food and cause health disorders in your pet, is found as a respectably small percentage of this food.I only wish that Orijen made wet cat food, since making sure cats get enough water is a very important thing. I did try to put some water on their dry food, but they didn’t like that.My answer to that was to buy a motion sensitive water dispenser, and buy them canned cat food on occasion from another respectable brand.With regard to price, yes it is rather expensive for a cat food. And getting used to it did take some time. However, after being told that I lost my first cat because of the low quality of the cat food I was feeding him (and I had no idea!), the peace of mind I get now from knowing that I am feeding my cats a properly nutritious food is priceless.Overall I am very happy with the brand and this flavor, and as you can see in the video and the picture of the damage done to the bag before I could open it and the cats are also very happy with it.(There’s a picture of the cat food in a bowl next to a lightbulb for reference on the size of the kibble).

El producto es muy bueno, de una marca reconocida por su calidad y salubridad. Sin embargo hay que poner atención en los distribuidores por que un aspecto importante al comprarlo es su fecha de caducidad que debe ser de al menos 4 meses de vigencia sino los 6 meses como mínimo y esto no siempre lo cumplen sus distribuidores que envían este producto próximo a su fecha de caducidad. “Ojo” con esto al comprarlo, al menos aquí en México. Yo tuve que devolverlo por esta razón.
