    Really works!
Marks fabric when sewing and disappears when ironed. Works great!

    They Disappear Completely
I got these to make marks on my fabric that I could iron off later when doing my finishing touches. I don’t use it to trace the initial pieces of fabric out. I use them for marking little details, like darts, hem lines, adding adjustment numbers, etc. If you use them to trace your entire pattern on the fabric, you are going to end up losing your lines because you are going to be ironing most of those spots so you will lose everything. I trace the biggest lines using chalk because that will stay after ironing.
These pens show up nice and bright and disappear completely after ironing them. They have a good ink flow and come with a ton of refills which is super nice and thoughtful. The only thing I did not like were the caps. They felt like they weren’t secure and they would just fall of the pen. They didn’t hold on like other pen caps normally would, neither the top or bottom of the pen. I hope they make future adjustments to fix that. But that’s a very minor problem. I’ve had these pens for a while now and the caps are not loose enough to dry the pens out or anything.
If you need something to add bright, fine lines to your fabric and want to be able to erase it later easily, these will work perfect. They come in a little zipper bag for storing, have multiple colors including white, and have tons of extra ink.

    Good for what I need
Tailor’s chalk is good when I have quick projects but because I have to move the quilts around a lot while I machine quilt them, the chalk wears away after a bit. In the past, I’ve had other pens that wash off but these are almost like an ink version of tailor’s chalk in a pen. The difference is the lines disappear with heat and won’t stain.
My mission was to find a reliable white to draw on the darker quilt and after a couple of seconds, the lines show up and are easy to see.
I expected the ink to last a little longer but I’m ok with replacing the cartridge as I go. Depending on the coverage you expect, 1 cartridge lasts almost 1 quilt. I needed a basic guideline so I used a light touch.
I don’t need so many “pens” but the little bag helps keep everything together neatly. Instructions aren’t included but using them is kind of a no-brainer. I do recommend testing how well the marks disappear on a small scrap before using them just to be safe. The blue ink on the white disappeared with heat for the most part but it still needed to be washed to remove spots from the thread.
For the price, getting more refills is more than reasonable. Overall, no complaints.

Reliable and easy to erase with heat
I have purchased several types of these pens and some do not want to erase at all, these are very user-friendly. With a small amount of heat from an iron the marks come out within 5 to 10 seconds. I recently used these on a light colored quilt material and they worked very well.

    Did not work at all!
I purchased these in December, but did not find occasion to use them until April. When I tried marking on fabric, NOT A SINGLE PEN WORKED. Surely they are not designed to dry up that quickly. Total waste.

    Very cheap
These are very cheap and do not write very well on cloth. Which is why I bought them, to mark fabric while sewing.

Good comparable item to another branded product but better value.
I was a little sceptical but reviews said otherwise & they definitely work. A quick iron & the marks disappear. Glad I decided to buy them complete with re-fills & storage case.

I like the selection of colours as they will suit different fabric colours, they’re not as erasable as I’d hoped but I’ll be covering the lines anyway but if you’re going to use them for making clothes it might be a problem

When I first got these pens I was really happy with them. I thought it was great value for money, however upon using then I realised the truth.
They run out ridiculously fast, for instance when I’m drawing a pattern for my 3 year old son it takes about 2 full pens for a pair of trousers and a top.
Drawing out an adult pattern well a lot more. I’ve not yet managed to make one pen last one whole turn doing anything, so they have quickly all gone.
On top of that they just randomly stop working, the few that I have left in the bag look to be full but no matter what I try they won’t work, the lids were always securely put back on as well. I tried soaking in boiling water as well but nothing.
For future I would rather pay more for quality marking pens that will last longer, it really is true you get what you pay for, lesson learned.
