    Must have emergency food!
Absolutely a must have on hand if you own ferrets or carnivorous reptiles. I own both and this stuff has saved their butts more times than I can count, it is easy to mix up and the thickness is easy to adjust with water or unflavored pedialyte (talk to your vet!).Very easy to digest from what I have seen coming out the other end, the ingredients are solid and it’s formulated to AAFCOS guidelines for adult cats so it can be fed to some species indefinitely (with a vets guidance). The taste seems to be good as my ferrets love it and it really helps stimulate appetite.

Used this long time ago on a dying reptile he’s 4 now.
Wasnt expecting a sick asian water monitor to survive. Spent $175 on him, $350 on an exotic vet and $60 on medications. He had an upper respiratory infection and wasn’t eating. Syringe feeding him this brought him back to life, he was limp weak and barely opened his eyes. 3 days of Critical Care and he was on his way to being healthy and happy. Fresh, convenient, took a bit longer to come in than expected but I’m glad it made it here for him. High quality for carnivores. The same lizard in both pics, 1 when we first got him i was able to hold him between 2 fingers he was smaller and fit in my palm. Now he’s almost to 4 Ft and healthy and thriving. He was only on Critcal Care for 3-7 days can’t remember because it was so long ago but now he eats Quail Chicks, Chicken gizzards, hearts, livers, eggs, crickets, mice, crayfish, shrimp and much more. Well worth the investment for a healthy lizard.

    It works!
One of our cats had lost her appetite and was acting very skittish. This feeding formula made a huge difference in getting her appetite back. The first day we fed her this 4 times (spaced through the day) gradually mixing her canned (expensive) food back in for part of it by the 3rd feeding. Today she’s been fed twice as described and she walked over to her mate’s bowl and started scarfing down food… I am ordering more just to have on hand to try and get her weight back up.

    Bearded dragon loves it!
We have a special needs bearded dragon who goes through phases of not eating and looses weight. We supplement with this product and our girl loves it! She is already gaining weight and becoming more active after 3 days.

Rescue beardie finds it particularly tasty, boosts energy in sickly dragon.
I purchased this for a rescue bearded dragon I’m currently rehabbing — he’s my first dragon, so I’m using this on a recommendation from a reptile expert. I’ve only been using it for two days, so I’m not certain of any health/energy/growth benefits, but the lizard certainly enjoys eating it, and where I usually have to trick him into eating anything but the other paste I tried, he comes out of his tank at feedings already smacking his lips. It has definitely helped me to put a little weight on him…but I can’t say whether it’s growth or because he’s actually eating something. My only concern is that the packaging says to discard after a week in the fridge, but I won’t use it that fast so I’ve been storing it in the freezer, and letting each measurement of the powder come to room temperature before mixing. I will definitely update as my usage progresses.UPDATE: 1 week after purchaseI have been feeding my beardie this food for about one week now. I prep 2 or more cc in a syringe, and I go through the whole thing throughout the day…I supplement with Flukers repta-boost as it has more water when mixed. HOWEVER, this food has definitely perked my bearded dragon up. Before he was mopey and unwell, rarely ate a lot, and didn’t move around the cage. With the new food, he has not stopped running around his enclosure all morning, and when I took him out to feed him he ate much more than he normally does in the morning, and then proceeded to run about my bed, and jump from my hands, and and climb all over. I would absolutely say that this food has been great for helping this little guy get well.

    Literal Life Saver
Sid the Ferret was recently diagnosed with DIM. We’re in it for the long haul due to the nature of DIM nature. He lost some weight when we starting getting sick, but we’ve been able to gain half of what he lost within 10days of adding this to his homemade soupies. When we first added this to his syringe feed soupies, he did have seedy poo which suggested extra fats/protein but within 48hrs his body adjusted. It’s very easily digestible.Carnivore Care has the perfect blend of nutrition and calories. Carnivore Care has made a significant difference in our sick boys health. The bags keep well, but remember to store in the fridge or freezer! Fridge gets about 7 days and freezer 3+ months. If you keep in the freezer, just remember you can’t unfreeze the bag again. Just make enough for 1 day at a time.

    Pricey but worth it
Our little female ferret dropped weight and was getting too skinny. She would eat but not a lot. Come to find out she has hypoglycemia so she was put on meds, diet change, and we started getting her to eat this. She is very picky so the food change is rough but she took to this pretty fast. Within a week we were able to visibly see she had put on little weight. We feed her roughly 2 tablespoons once in the morning and once in the evening. We leave food in the cage if she wants to eat that also. This is a little pricey but well worth the money. Will continue to purchase as needed.

I have a 7 months bearded dragon that s too young for brumation and she started brunate anyway.. so i use this to feed her every morning and then she gies back to sleep. She s not big enough to brunate, so using this helps her gain weight during brumation.

My ferret has been relying on Carnivore Care for about a year now, and what a difference it’s made.I lucked out finding this seller’s page with a 340g bag that is fairly consistently in stock. I ordered two bags that unfortunately got lost in transit, but the seller was in constant communication with me and was so helpful in sending out replacements that came far faster than I was anticipating. If you are looking for healthy solutions for your pet or great customer service, you have to choose this seller.
