Nutritious and fun
We were looking for a high quality, fun, healthy toy for our guinea pigs. The size makes it perfect for them to toss around and chase. It smells amazing and super fresh. Overall we are super pleased with this toy and the guinea pigs love it

Rabbit loved it
This did not last long as our rabbit loved tearing it apart and munching on it.

For small animals
I put this on my rabbit crate sometimes they play with it.It doesnât taste like Timothy hay
Wilmarie Rivera –
Itâs ok
My guinea pig only likes the strand to hang and the stalk of carrot. Other than that she wonât really chew on the actual carrot

Great amusement for weeks for bunnies
Our little bunny friend loves these. He chews through the bristle-y portion at the top over a few weeks. Aside from chewing on it, he throws it around and picks it up like a barbell. The inside of the carrot is hollow and works great for putting treats in if the bristles come out. Our bunny did once dunk it in his water bowl and we just had to replace it; it did not dry out and had an odd odor to it.

Fun toy for bunnies who really only want to play if there’s treats in the toy
Just gave it to the bunnies today. They are not super stoked because it’s “just” timothy hay, but that’s part of the appeal for me–they can’t make themselves sick by eating too much! String for hanging is very nice, too–I attached it to the inside of their cage with a carabiner, so they can bonk it around in addition to chewing on it. If Oxbow is considering a redesign, I would prefer a straight string, rather than a loop, just to keep them from twisting themselves in it, but that’s pretty unlikely.

Great and cute idea
I think this is a great idea, but for some reason my bunny is not impressed. She is super picky tho…

Arrived much faster than estimated. My rabbits enjoy not just eating this but throwing it around. I like that it’s a Timothy product.

Arrived early in perfect condition &&& bun loves it !!

My GPs immediately started chewing it. How the hay is twisted means that as they chew it it does not just fall apart. The âcarrot tuftâ just pulled out but the rest was an excellent chew item.

I bought two of these, one for each of my rabbits. One of them didnât really become interested in this, but the other really liked the top part of the carrot and ripped all the pieces out of it. Once he did that he didnât seem interested in it anymore. I gave him the other one that my other rabbit wasnât using and he did the same again. At least it entertained him for a bit, but I donât think Iâll be buying these for my rabbits again. Might be a good toy for other rabbits but mine donât really like it that much.
