This timothy Hay by Oxbow is not only a great option for the price but it’s also a great basic grass hay option to buy with the high quality nutrition that your rabbit needs in their diet. (The high fiber, low protein and calcium content that is). When I opened it I immediately smelled that fresh timothy fragrance, and upon further inspection the color of the hay was beautiful and just as green as good timothy grass should be in appearance. This brand has always been an irresistible tasty hay for my rabbits! I’d also like to mention that the seller was prompt fulfilling my order once I purchased, and I was even able to get some other items from their store front that I need for a discount since I was buying them all together. Not what we’re used to
We’ve been using Oxbow for years and have loved it for our rabbits for the excellent quality and lack of dust but we’ve noticed a change in the past month or so. The quality of the hay is much thinner and crumblier. So unlike what we’re used to. Not sure what the reason for the inconsistency is now. I hope this isn’t the new norm.

Crisp enough to get zoomies and popcorning
I bought this brand as other brands were coming in with a ripe smell and my piggies were not eating it. This brand had a crisp feel and when I put it in their enclosures, I saw popcorning and zoomies. They are still munching away at the stack of hay I put in.
