What is the right feeding schedule?
Under normal circumstances your gecko will only need 3 to 5 feedings per week.
How much should I offer my gecko per feeding?
It depends on the age of your gecko. Most Juveniles should receive about 1/16th of an ounce or a dime size portion. Subadults should receive 1/8th of an ounce or a nickel sized portion. An adult should receive a quarter to about a half ounce portion.
Why shouldn’t I freeze the diet to help it last longer?
The ice crystals that form during the freezing process can potentially damage the cell walls of the plant ingredient contents and reduce the overall nutritional value of the diet.
Why does the unrefrigerated prepared feed expire after a day?
The prepared feed can be compared to a fruit smoothie. A fruit smoothie sitting in a humid tropical environment like a gecko terrarium will not last as long as it would while refrigerated.

Banana is a winner
My geckos really enjoyed this flavor. I’m pretty sure they like the banana flavor best because we’ve tried many of this brand and others and they seem to like this best. Better than repashy and black panther zoological. I think it’s the sugar content.. but in the wild, they would be eating real sugary fruits, so I guess it’s fine.

My crested gecko LOVES this food. Iâve tried a lot of different foods for him and this one is by far the best. It may be a little pricey but it is definitely worth the money. The watermelon flavor is also very good but this one is my geckos favorite. The consistency is good when mixed correctly and the packaging is easy to reseal and store.

Love this stuff and I’m so happy it’s available through Amazon. I have used this product for almost 5 years and it has never let me down. All three of my crested geckos love it and are very healthy. Far superior to playing the live insect game.

And if I were my Gecko I don’t think I’d like to eat it
My gecko loves this … The only down to it (I can’t even say it’s a negative because it doesn’t really matter) is that it says you can keep it out for 48 hours in the Gecko’s terrarium before trashing it; but after not even 24 hours it smells horrific. And if I were my Gecko I don’t think I’d like to eat it … so I toss it after the day and give him/her more for the next day. He/she is only 6 weeks old so I’m still encouraging her to eat. But other than that … loves it ! I just keep it in the fridge before mixing to keep it longer.
