Update…After posting my issue with the hat I received the Customer service team reached out. After further conversation they not only refunded my original purchase but sent a new style hat for my pup.. the new style is awesome.. fits as I had hoped.. This sell is Great… In this case it’s a hat for a dog and by no means are the heads the perfect portions to every style… I would by from this seller again.. They stand behind what they sell and personally I think went well above my expectations to make sure in the end I was satisfied… Thank you again for reaching out and going above and beyond to make sure everything was done that could be to satisfied..Originally..Looks cute, price was fine, delivery was timely but size was way off.. i needed an LX, at best what was recd was a medium and that’s being generous.. I was bummed… quality seems nice, but size way off

Does not fit all dog breeds.
I purchased both a small and medium for my 17 lb Shih Poo dog. The material between the bill and back of the hat is too long and has no structure. Both are too large. The bill does not bend/reshape. This may work for some head shapes based on breed but not all. It is cute, bright color, and as described in the post. We were disappointed that neither sized would work for us.

Fun dog hat
Cute hat fits well stays on pretty well with the strap, which is also very adjustable. Dogs seem to be pretty comfortable with it. Lots of compliments. Hat is well made with good quality material. Different colors make things a lot of fun.

Doesnât fit right
Doesnât fit right on my dog my dog hates it and will not wear it but he does wear clothes all the time but I guess this is uncomfortable for him

Works with retriever ears
* Updated review after company refunded and replaced the OLD version hat with their updated one. I do not recommend the older version unless you have a smaller dog with Pit breed type ears. Sizing runs small.The updated hat:With a few modifications, this hat is adequate. I have a 70 lb Golden mix and ordered the XL. I could possibly have gone with the L because the ear space is open vs. the other styles. Sizing seems accurate. My only complaint is that being able to curve the brim would provide a better fit and more sun protection, but itâs quite hard and just sort of bent when I tried to round it. This isnât something heâll be wearing that often or for long periods of time – so it works for us.

Cool and protected
My dog has pink skin that can burn in the summer sun and this hat is perfect! The color is as pictured, the quality is excellent, easy to put on and it stays on, size is perfect for my 17lb terrier and most of all, it is super cute and no other dog in the neighborhood looks this good! Looks like it will last a long time.

Not consistent with the size (Small)
I bought a blue cap for my dog and it was a perfect fit. He doesnât seem to mind. I really love it, so Iâd ordered in grey color small, and it was huge. So I returned it, thinking itâs defective. I ordered in red color, and itâs wide again. My dog has small head, and even 1/2 in wider makes a difference. To make it a narrower fit, I would have to tie the string tighter and itâs choking him. I love the sturdy material and vibrant color, but size small is not quite small, so Iâm returning it again. I wish they would have xs. Iâm reordering in yellow color, hoping that it will be the right fit. Also they donât carry in all colors fir size small either, but Im giving another try, because it helps my dog to protect his eyes.
