FEEDER: Use a feeder with no sharp edges or points; the design should allow birds to perch away from the food to keep it from becoming soiled. Set up more than one feeder and allow ample space between them to avoid crowding. Choose a feeder with drainage holes, and add a plastic dome to keep seed dry.

All the wild birds LOVE THIS! Clean, small easy
The little birds are like, “hey, these are awesome,. I love ready to eat foods!” Especially after a long hot day of trying to avoid dangers, get clean water, and build nests of course! LoL. The pieces are small enough toput in most feeders. But PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE. YOUVE GOT TO CLEAN YOUR FEEDERS THOROUGHLY EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS. Any mold will KILL THE BIRDS. I also use the silica bird seed fresh stuff they sell hereon Amazon. Get some mix it throughout all your seed and seal it up tight. Silica is far less effective when in open air. It kinda creates a moisture vacuum! It’s actually really beneficial to birds digestion as well. (Silica is a natural sources mineral and the main component of sand, which when heated becomes glass…;-) when you put your food into feeder add an additional 1/4 inch or so to each compartment or platform to add more protection against moisture– preventing mold SOME. still clean your feeders with a good brush, mild soap and a few drops of bleach or rubbing alcohol (my fave). Then RINSE WELL. AIR DRY. DONT SMOKE AROUND IT OR TOUCH AFTER SMOKING .. thanks for reading my book!!

Birds love this seed mix
I like the cleanness, no sunflower seed shells and birds gobble it up It’s pricey, so I had to look for an alternative as my yard is a bird cafeteria

Total mess! Birds like it but itâs so messy, tons of shells – wonât buy again!
The birds do like it which is great and I am really enjoying watching them. I thought it was seeds without shells but as you can see in the picture most are but not these. There are these shells left behind which doesnât make it âmess lessâUpdate. Making it through the bag and my deck is a total mess! So many shells all over the place this is NOT 100% consumable hulled seeds- as you can see in my photos.

Messy millet
It is a good bird seed mix, but here the birds just ignored the millet and ate everything else, leaving a scattering of tiny millet seeds everywhere. For that reason, it wasnât quite as â no messâ as I would have wanted, but otherwise it worked well.
