Great, big size! For reference Charlie is a 6 year old beardie who is 19 inches tip of snout to tail tip and fits perfectly on here. She hasnât left it since I put her on there. The suction cups adhered securely with no problem and I have no worries about it slipping or coming off. Looks great in her house!! (I have Larry who is 1 month old and in his 10 gallon starter house for the next month and it would literally take up half the tank) so it may be a smee bit big for say a 10 or 20 gallon tank. Other than that, itâs a great sturdy addition to my beardies home and a great size for her.

Fits perfect, but the ladder is weird.
Obviously a snake doesn’t need the ladder, so I have it positioned as out of the way as possible. I wish i could remove it, but it’s woven in. I was a little worried about using it for a snake with how big the holes are, but i guess he’s not so dumb to get stuck in it. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, and this is the first time I’ve seen him resting in it, so i can only say that the suction cups work so far. TBD. They come separate, so you can position them wherever you want.I actually like the smell of the grass, it’s pleasant but not overwhelming, and definitely dissipated after a few days.I was looking for something for my snake to climb on that wasn’t just a branch (he falls off a lot), and this looks great and seems really sturdy. I imagine cleaning it will be pretty easy – just dunk it in soapy water and rinse. You can even add some humidity to your enclosure with it still wet. Overall, super happy with this purchase and even happier he likes it!

Good price and sturdy
When I first got the product, (it came really fast!) the square attached was on the wrong side, so I couldnât hang it up properly. It was probably a simple mistake and it was an easy fix moving it to the front. My beardie likes using the hammock to get closer to the heat lamp and/or get away from the annoying tortoise. However, my little shelled friend figured out he could climb up there also, and they both love it and fit on there just fine. People have commented on the bad suction cups. I ran into that problem when my heavy tortoise kept climbing up, but after trying a few more times, I figured out all I had to do was quickly wipe down the walls of the tank that the hammock sticks to, then wipe off the suction cup itself. Reptiles havenât taken a small tumble since. Happy pets.

UPDATE- NOT REALLY A Strong Awesome Hammock
Update 23 March 2021:Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product 100% unless you don’t mind possibly having to replace it in less than a year. Took me a while to do an update so in actuality the edges started to fray and unravel a few months after I bought it. It still gets a few stars since it is still usable, the suction cups are still holding well, and my beardie seems to be able to relax on it well enough.Pretty neat and Smaug doesn’t seem disappointed that I got it for her tank at my family’s for visits. Suction power is great for as large as she is (19″ in length)- just cleaned spots and cups with alcohol and let it dry before applying to glass. I’ve had to adjust cups few times times to counter her weighing it down and stretching it slightly and they are able to suction just as well as the first time. Seems very durable so far, too. The ties to attach cups to hammock are leather I think, but wish they weren’t for animal friendly purposes. You adjust length of where you want the cups land and you can tie into whatever square hole you need.I was a little worried about a frayed corner where I think it was cut for that ending piece where he face goes, but it has not unraveled. I angled it downward as shown in pics so she could use the attached square climber to get up and down, and she figured that out no problem. Great product overall 🙂

My bearded dragon loves to nap and sleep in this hammock made of natural material and it looks much better than the green plastic hammocks we have used in the past. Seems quite durable.

Fantastic basking hammock for my Beardie
I love this hammock and so does my Beardie. He doesn’t use the part that hangs down from one side vertically, but he loves the hammock itself more than any other I’ve tried.I currently have this set up under the heat lamp as his basking spot because the woven fibers are able to take the heat without getting overly hot. He does get upset when the hammock falls because one of the suction cups detached from the tank, but that usually only happens to one at a time, and only once every 2-3 months. I just put it back into place, and it’s good to go for a few more months. I’m now on my 2nd one after the last one from a couple years ago just wore out and I wouldn’t get any other hammock.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this is worth it! Bought this for my beardie who loves to be up high especially when sleeping. I have a wooden viv so knew suction cups would not work so purchased 3 command hooks separately which have worked perfectly.My beardie is adult although not that large but he has loads of space in the large size lounger.Material is good quality and strong even when he lies on it doesnât move to much.I put in to viv yesterday expecting it to take him a while to get used to it, he went onto it same day and slept there all night so fairly sure he likes it!Great addition to his viv set up!

Great product! Sturdy, strong suction cups, great size.My only issue is the little ramp/ladder placement. It’s made to fit against a wall that is attached to a wall via auction cup. I had to untie and reposition it to the front of the hammock to make use of it… she’s a bearded dragon; not Spider-Man.Overall, a great buy. Just needed to make a slight design modification to make it 100% useful and usable for the beardie.PS- Big smiles, bright colours and lots of head bobbing from beardie. She says 5*’s too.

Great product, however the ladder piece is definitely on the wrong side. Had to remove it and reattach to the long side but was really simple to do.
