High quality and excellent service
The collar is nice-looking on our dog and it is highly reflective at night. Very high quality product at a very reasonable price. Customer service is top notch and they are very friendly too. There was a typo on the tag when it arrived, but a quick email resulted in a very prompt reply and a replacement was sent out almost immediately. We will definitely be repeat customers when another pet need arises.

Product- High quality dog collar. Inside is lined with neoprene for comfort. The tag is laser engraved, not etched for those complaining that it’s “printed”. The engraving is very bright against the black and shows up really nicely. Love the face that the name plate can be removed and updated or replaced if needed.Customer service – beyond excellent! I did not proofread my order and typedy phone number one number off. When I received the item, I messaged Amazon customer service to find out if I could get a replacement tag only and they sent the message on to the seller. The seller contacted me within an hour and instructed me that they did not sell tags only, just the full set but that they would be happy to send me a replacement at no charge. Absolutely above and beyond when it was my own error. Will order all my dogs leashes and collars from them from now on.

Looks great and good material- but it jingles fairly loudly
I bought this collar to prevent having to remove her collar at night due to the jingling waking us up.Although the tag doesnât jingle- the metal buckle as part of the collar itself does in fact jingle somewhat loudly when she shakes/scratches.Sad to say Iâm still stuck removing her collar every night, but the quality and everything else was good.Update: seller offered a full refund so I increased from 3 to 4 stars. Thank you to the seller, would order again in the future.

The nameplate fell off after about 36 days.
I love the collar but the engraved nameplate popped off about two weeks ago. The dog does not run through brush and stuff, but we don’t know exactly where we were when it fell off of the collar. For this reason alone I had to rate it as I do. Love the collar but if the nameplate can’t stay on …The color is great. Looked as advertised when it arrived. Rerally liked it. But if the nameplate can’t stay on…Follow-up. The Seller quickly refunded the cost of the collar and then, a few weeks later, a new collar arrived. A very pleasant surprise! I hadn’t been around when the first collar arrived so I didn’t know how the nametag was secured. Looking at the new one, I realize that the nameplate isn’t “sewn” into the collar as I had assumed.Bottom line – it is a great collar. The Seller is even better.Thank you!

Collarâs great. Name plate not so much
The quality of the collar is great. It has the cushion. Itâs thick and durable and comfy for our Goob. I was surprised and disappointed that it had such a flimsy name plate design. The plate itself is beautiful but the elastic band that itâs supposed to hook onto on the collar was a very bad idea. The plate was lost in about a week. The elastic band split on the side so there was nothing for the plate to hold on to. Very unfortunate.

Great quality collar!
Weâve had it for just over a week and so far so good. Love the personalization aspect. The name tag was very easy to put onto the collar and hasnât come off. The medium fits our 7 month old Doberman well. And still has plenty of room to grow into it. I donât think weâll have any issues with this one when heâs fully grown. Highly recommend. Will probably get one in another color.

Didn’t last two months
The fabric holding the name plate tore and the plate fell off. Now it’s kind of pointless :/ We got it on the 24th of September and it broke today so we got a whopping 48 days out it. I’d probably pass on this one.
