Does it’s job, although not super cute
I got this for my daughter, who has a pigeon that scratches up her neck and shoulders. It definitely works! It has a place to attach a leash and protects the shoulders and neck. It is also very much a fashion statement. People would definitely notice, it doesn’t look like just another piece of clothes. I would say it’s fairly unattractive. But oh well. I debated whether to deduct as star but decided not to because honestly, it does what we bought it to do.
