⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Life-Changing for Litter Control!
I’ve tried so many litter mats over the years, and none have come close to the effectiveness of this Double Layer Cat Litter Trapping Mat. Seriously, where has this been all my life?!
The double-layer design is genius. The top layer catches the litter as my cat exits the box, and it effortlessly falls through the holes to the bottom layer. No more litter scattered across my floors! Cleaning is a breeze – I just lift the mat and dump the trapped litter back into the box. No shaking, no fuss.
The material is durable and feels high-quality. It’s also gentle on my cat’s paws, which is a huge plus. Plus, the size is perfect for my large litter box.
Before this mat, I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming. Now, my floors are practically litter-free! This mat has saved me so much time and frustration. It’s truly a game-changer for any cat owner struggling with litter tracking. I wholeheartedly recommend this product – it’s worth every penny!

Gray color has changed
I bought this initially and loved it so much that I bought another one just 1 month later when it was on sale. The grey color is different than the original one (see photos). I suspect the sale ones had defects and that’s why they were on sale. The color is different, the holes are a little different and it had much worse creasing!
But overall it does what it claims. Catches litter and helps reduce tracking. Instead of opening it up to clean it I keep them on the floor and just use a hand vacuum to suction all the litter up. It works very well and makes cleaning a breeze!

Yes, they send it folded. Yes, it messes with the shape…
OK, so, for whatever reason, the makers of this mat decided it was best sent folded in half twice lengthwise and squeezed into a box. They are clearly aware that this messes with the mat, as they include a note on top that gives 2 tips on how to get the folds out. Well, I’d like to tell them the easiest way to get folds out, is to send the mat in a large envelope/packet type thing. Especially given the material of the honeycomb pattern, it is tough to get it flat, but not impossible. But, be aware that if you’d planned on using this immediately, you likely will not be able.
Tip one is to put heavy things on it. OK, I did that. 2 30-lb (each) boxes so entire mat length/width was covered. Did for 2 days. Was a bit improved but definitely not flat. On day 3, I did their other tip…using a hairdryer to heat it. That alone did a bit, but not a ton. So, I ended up blasting it with the hot hairdryer and then putting the boxes on it immediately. Left it about 18hrs, that mostly did it. Several weeks later, it does lay flat.
Despite that being way more than I’d thought I’d have to do for a cat litter mat, I do like it well enough. It does catch litter very well and holds it in. I still have the occasional stray bit of litter, but, in fairness to the mat (and despite my placing the litter box & mat in a spot where my kitty must step foot on it before anything else), my cat will sometimes just bolt outta her Litterbox, I honestly think she takes flight, haha. But, it does collect litter well and most of the time she seems fine walking on it.
The part that is a bit frustrating is trying to clean the litter from it. The first time, I picked it up, trying to keep it level, and only turned it to dump it once over a wide garbage bag… But litter just kinda flew in all directions from that movement. I found it a bit tricky to keep it flat and pull the honeycomb layer apart from the bottom layer without starting that flying litter. It made a mess all over the place. The 2nd time I did it, I got a brand new garbage bag so I could stick the whole mat in it and only tilt it once it was fully covered. Next time, I’ll probably just vacuum, though I’m not sure if that’ll get it all. So the whole “just pour it back into your litterbox” does not work, at least for me.
So, yes, it works, but not without some issues.

This mat is amazing. I was hesitant about getting one because 1 of our 5 cats is scared of change and everything else but I needed help as these cats were tracking litter particles all over. I tried a number of different litters over the last year but when at my wit’s end bought this. Introduced it slowly so that no one who have a fit over something new in front of the litter boxes and now it’s fully functional and trapping most of the litter particles. I’m buying another for my office.
Absolutely beneficial

This collects litter very well!
Most importantly it is easy to clean.
The size could be a bit bigger but the dimensions are accurate so that’s just a personal preference on my part and not a knock to the product.

Opens on 3 sides with velcro making it easier to clean then the ones sewn closed on 3 sides. Also my two arrived not folded and I could use them right away, unlike the other similar product that I had to put heavy weights on to get the folds and creases out.
