Heavy and sturdy! I like that the very top is solid and doesnât come off. One door carrier.
I just got this cat carrier. It looks like it will be very nice for my new kitten and when she is grown up. Putting it together is easy except for the 4 latches that attach the top to the bottom of the carrier. If you look at the back of the brown latches, one side has 2 tabs, with square holes, connected together. If you place the flat head of a screw driver under one side of the latches, where there is a small opening below the tabs, you can easily pry the tab assembly so it pops up. Place the cat carrier on its side, with the top facing your body. You can see a set of 2 square prongs, one on the top and one on the bottom, on each side of the latch area on the carrier bottom. There is a space between the prongs where the tabs fit. Place the latch tabs, with the holes in them, in line with the space between the 2 square prongs. Donât try to force the tabs into the holes, but put some pressure on the latch and move the whole latch up and down until the tabs pop into the holes.. The angle you are pressing in is more important than the force. They popped into place pretty quickly and easily for me. It surprised me when they did pop into place. Once you put one latch in place, it is easy to do the others. Hope this description makes sense to anyone reading this. Then you press the top of the latch against the sides, then press down on the top, then press the bottom of the latch against the carrier.

Amazed! This carrier is very sturdy and easy to put together. I tested to see if it would bend or buckle with my baby in and it it very strong. I love the ventilation all around. Help to keep your baby calm during transport. Highly recommend getting this for your fur baby too. You may need to add a little blanket or a small pet bed in the bottom as it has a rack like bottom. Doing so will help protect little paws. Other than that this thing is perfect.

Perfect except for one thing!
I think this is a great carrier but I gave it 4 stars because I could not figure out how to get the clips on. I’m thankful someone in another review mentioned that the bracket inside of the clip opens up. So I studied the inside of the clip and yes, one half of the “guts” is a bracket that opens up. I could then figure out how to attach it. A video would have been helpful.

Nice carrier. Very sturdy and well made. The instructions are garbage, but if you just look at the parts that you get and the finished product pics, you can figure it out, and it’s pretty easy. The side clips are a bit tricky to get on, as I didn’t realize initially that the little bracket in the inside opened up. This fit my 12 lb cat nicely, once she was in it. The plastic liner comes out easily and the item is easy to hose out for cleaning. Good ventilation and views on all sides. Overall a very good carrier for small pets!
