Wormer Plus is a Flubendazole-based medication, effective for use against Gill Flukes, Body Flukes, Parasites, Intestinal Helminths (including Tapeworm, Nematodes- “Roundworms”, Planaria- “Flatworms”, Capillaria, Camallanus Nematodes, Metacercaria, Sanguinicola) and Intestinal Protozoa. It is also an effectve in eradicating pest snails from your tank. Flubendazole is the effective main active ingredient, & works differently to other Fluke treatments by gently starving the parasite; making this product perfectly safe for regular usage. Naturally sourced Calcium Carbonate is blended in & acts as a gentle booster and pick me up after the pests are killed. A minuscule amount of Natural Calcium carbonate (0.01g) is blended with the Flubendazole to adjust a very slight drop in pH from adding the Flubendazole. This cleverly balances out this medication making very little (if any) difference to PH when using wormer plus. WARNING: Harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Do not overdose this product, as an overdose will kill your fish. Do not use this medication with snails, invertebrates, stingrays, or any other scale less sensitive species.

Product works great. Applicator not so great.
My Discus had an internal parasite problem which caused lethargy and loss of appetite. It did not affect the other fish in my tank. I moved them to a hospital tank with Wormer Plus. It totally cleaned their gut. Only took one application. They are now back in the main tank and are happy and eating well.My only gripe: Most hospital tanks are 10 gallon. The measuring scoop is for a 100 gallon tank. So unless you have a 100 gallon tank the dose is not precise. You have to estimate the amount. If the scoop were for 10 gallons it would be a cinch to get the dose precise no matter the size of the tank.

Did the job after 3 doses.
Works, but it took three doses over the course of a week. The dosage for smaller tanks is almost impossible, but then, one would hopefully not keep a discuss in a small tank. This was used on killifish.

Read directions on here not on package
Omg! I read the directions on the package and misunderstood. I ended up using 5 scoops for my 75g tank. I immediately thought itâs not supposed to make my tank cloudy and read the directions on the description. Needless to say I had to make a huge water change. Thankfully my fish seem fine. Just donât make the mistake I did!

Had absolutely zero effect on the camallanus worms that my fish are infected with. My fish are continuing to die off. Followed the directions on the packaging as well as the directions other people posted online. Ineffective. Donât waste your money!
