I bought this particular dog food because I have two small dogs. They regularly eat this brand, which I usually buy from the grocery store.The package arrived, and I doubled checked the expiration date, because I check all expiration dates before buying my own food. The dog food was NOT expired.My older dog did not even want to try it, he smelled it and walked away. Both dogs eventually tried the food. The younger dog threw up four times (different amounts). The older dog had diarrhea. I know that when dogs change foods matters can happen, but it was the same “brand” they are used to. Afterwards they steered clear of it, and just ate their old food. I will just stick with their old food. I was able to get my money back. I would suggest caution when purchasing this flavor/recipe. Maybe buy it in a small size and try it out first.. Both of my dogs are feeling fine now that they returned to their old food.
