Diaper for quakers and other small to medium sized birds
Must be started when your bird is young. My bird is 1year old and refused to wear it.

Our bird hates it
As others have said, it is important that you start these types of things while the bird is really young. We have a conure that is less than 6 months old and absolutely refuses to wear this.It seems to be sized okay, and shouldn’t be tight or anything, but she is simply not having it.For that reason, I find it hard to assign stars here. It seems well made and my daughter really wanted this for her bird, but the bird is not happy about it. Since that is a real impediment, I’m inclined to give 4 stars despite not really being able to use it due to the bird.If your bird already tolerates this type of thing, then this should be fine. If not, then I wouldn’t bother – this is the last thing of this type we will try I think.

Very cute and fits both my quaker and my larger conures
These can be a great accessory, especially if you tether and take your bird places. I use this with my most friendly conure that I use to introduce people to birds who have never handled one- as it takes away the explanation of how they poo every ten minutes or so. I make sure to bathe my bird after using one of these to clean their tail feathers off.Training a bird to wear this is easier on young birds, but older birds can take to it if you are consistently putting it on them and maybe working in some treats during the process. This is well made, and very “cute” so they look stylish while wearing it. I’ll be getting more of these, and might try to get a couple other birds used to it. All my birds are trained to poo in a particular place, and we have to keep in mind how long it’s been so we give them the chance to poo in the correct place- but accidents happen when you forget. This takes away that concern, but I wouldn’t have them wear this for very long at a time- just when meeting new people.

Great present for someone with a pet bird. Cute and practical diaper. Great for bird exercise.
Having had a bird, we loved to take it out of the cage to fly and interact with family members. (Of course, we are aware of the dangers so our bathroom doors were closed so that it wouldn’t land in the toilet, and that the doors and windows were secured). The only problem we experienced was when the bird had to go potty. It would do its business in household areas and make a mess. This diaper would have been great for that bird. That is why we bought this for my cousin who has to confine her pet bird more than she would like. It will be a holiday present for her bird who can now have a bit more freedom and exercise since the poop will be confined to the diaper when it is out and about. The diaper is cute. It looks like a dress and even comes with an adorable hanger so the bird’s diaper can be cleaned and hung out to dry.

It’s definitely cute but my bird was terrified of it
Got this for a Sun Conure, knew it was a bit of a risk since it doesn’t say it’s meant for it and the shape of the tail was off for the back part of this. Plus, like others, bird screeched at it and wouldn’t go near the thing. I’m sure it would be nice for a young bird to get used to early on, but an older bird might struggle to accept the idea of wearing this. It was very cute and the quality seemed fine, but couldn’t get it on her.

Perfect!
Exactly as advertised. In case you don’t know, you can really only train your bird to wear these while they are young. This is perfect for my parakeet. No issues here. I didn’t expect it to actually come with a tiny hanger. So cute and funny! Comes with really cute free stickers as well. 10/10 recommend!

Too big for Green Cheek Conure
It’s very cute (comes on a tiny hanger with some free birby stickers) but is unfortunately too big for my green cheek conure. He slips out immediately and effortlessly.I would say it is also too big for cockatiels. May be a better fit for lorikeets, monk parakeets, etc, but putting “cockatiel” and “conure” in the title/description is a bit misleading.
