BEST DOG BOOTS EVER!! dog boots for Cold weather
These are good dog boots. They seem to have good rubber traction on the bottom. They don’t slip, they seem to stay on her feet, as long as you adjust the straps Accordingly. Make sure you don’t strap them too tight you don’t want to cut off the circulation to their feet. Just use good judgment. It. does not keep her feet super warm, but it keeps them from being exposed to snow or the cold elements. They’re easy to remove once you unstrapped Them. It’s an OK price for the money. They don’t have any smell to them. She can walk in them fine. You kind of have to go by the breed & what type of feet They have more so than their size or their weight. She’s a solid 55 probably 60lbs. She’s about 10lbs Overweight. But she’s older, so it’s ok now. As we are letting her days live out as her best life. But her feet are really tiny & dainty. Her feet Really wouldn’t match her weight as She’s well proportioned & solid except for tiny feet. Look at other people’s reviews is what I did to get the correct sizing. That worked She’s older & has Arthritis in her feet. We get a lot of snow/cold weather here in the Midwest & that aggravates her Arthritis. This is good to put on to keep Her feet. For many reasons. To keep them from getting muddy when it’s raining or Wet and they keep Her feet out of the Snow. Also helps Protect from cold winds. An she really only wears them just long enough to go to the bathroom & come back inside. It also would protect her feet if we were walking on a trail to keep any spurs Or sharp rocks, anything like that from hurting her paws. I would recommend them. It’s a good purchase an a decent price.. They seem to be well stitched and well made. Again we got a size 5 for a smaller female pittbull We also have a 108lb and Rottweiler. We got a size 8 boot for & it fit perfectly!!! We have tried so many brands over the years. All have failed in every way possible. These are by far the best made in every way from top to bottom to to even reflective. Please don’t ever stop making your brand! like I said size 5 for our 55lb to 60lb female pitbull & a size 8 for for our 108lb rottweiler. There’s no such thing as a perfect boot or shoe for dog. There’s just too many variables. But these are the closest You can get to perfect! Job Well done!! I highly recommend!

Much better than other dog boots I’ve tried
These are great! I have some that are similar, but my dog would drop a shoe at least 5x in a six mile cross country ski session. This time he only dropped a shoe one time and I think it was because I didn’t get it on all the way with him squirming. Definitely measure the dogs paw because size really matters. My very large goldendoodle with really big paws wears an 8 for reference, his lab friend with smaller feet wears a 6-7. I also love the bright blue! So easy to tell if he dropped a shoe and easier to find the one time he has dropped a shoe. Definitely get these! They will keep the snow from balling up in their paws. And the velcro held even in snow up to his knees. And while my dog walks funny for about 10-30 seconds pretty soon he’s like a toddler showing me how fast he can run in his shoes.

The orders arrived quickly and the boots came in excellent/new condition.We ended up ordering 3 pairs, sizes 7, 6 and 5, because we have two dogs – a 75# retriever and a 50# spaniel/retriever mix – and both have larger front paws than back paws. The retriever has size 7 front, size 6 back and the spaniel/retriever mix has size 6 front and size 5 back. The size chart is accurate, just make sure you pencil the pawprint on paper with the dog’s full weight down, so the paw spreads out as it normally would in walking (easier said than done, but worth it to get the size right!). And if your dog has bigger front paws, you may need two sizes of boots (two measurements).We bought these especially for the larger dog for now, because she suddenly developed fall allergies and had bad sores (we suspect the grass). She has received the allergy shot, but we needed her sores to heal and stay protected from the grass. We use baby socks from the dollar store (to keep the boots clean from ointments, etc.).We love the design of these boots, they are very well thought out: the double, reflective straps help the boots stay on, but don’t hit at the dew claws (like other boots we’ve purchased, where the friction causes sores), the flap/tongue in front makes them easy to put on and take off, the flannel material inside is so much better than nylon or rubber, and the rubber sole is flexible enough that the dogs can still feel the ground. Our dogs just let us put them on now and the one with the allergies will even sleep with them – bonus, she can’t chew or lick her paws with them on. When we know there’ll be more in/out like early morning and at dinner time, we leave them on. So far neither dog tries to take them off or chew at them. Not sure yet how long they’ll last, but we would buy these again, because they are that easy to use and fit that well. We bought these for healing paws, but will definitely try them for winter when there’s salt on the roads as well.We are very happy with these boots, they are the best we’ve found.
