Ruby Gives Four Paws Up and Two Thumbs Up From Me
Ruby loves her new halter, and she is picky about any clothes I put on her.I like the dog halters that have lots of bells and whistles like straps and buckles. Ruby does not care for the ornate halters; I am guessing that they don’t feel that good next to her skin. They also take a while to put on get adjusted.So, we compromise and get ones that she likes. And, this halter is the sweet spot for her.The wrap style is easy for Ruby to step into. The halter connects at the top with velcro, super simple and no pain for her. Leg holes are generous and don’t bind. She is 9 lbs, and the size small is perfect. She could add a couple of pounds and still wear it. It is a tad larger than her other small halter.As far as appearance, the color combo of orange and light blue is very pleasant. The colors are bright but easy on the eyes. The overall look is great with her white coat.Getting a leash is a nice bonus and adds value. It’s light blue so is matching. The length and weight are just right for a mini poodle. All I have to do is snap the leash through the rings at the top of the halter. I prefer to walk her with the leash connected at her shoulders and not under her chin, so this is just the style that I think is most comfortable, and she seems to agree.I can’t think of anything I’d change about this halter and leash set. It’s similar to the type she has preferred for 2.5 years now. Her old halter is pretty worn, so it’s fun to have a styling new one plus a color coordinated leash. We are both happy!

Good harness. Buckle is a little difficult to open.
I have a 3 year old mini golden doodle. She weighs13 pounds and her measurements are chest 18″, neck 10″, length a little less than 16″ (from dog collar to base of the tail).This is a very nice dog harness and leash set. There are reflective patches on the shoulders of the harness as well as reflective stitching on the edges of the leash. The leash attaches to two D-loops that are more than adequate forTo close the harness there is an overlapping velcro closure (which allows for adjustability on the fit of the harness) as well as a plastic buckle closure for added security. The harness also has soft felt edges that will help to minimize any rubbing issues that may occur.The reason I purchased a size large was because during our walks, my dog wears a sweater in the winter months. I usually have her in a medium sized harness, but with the added bulk of the sweater, the need for a larger harness became evident.The first photo of my dog with the harness on is of her without the sweater. In this case, the harness is a big loose if she doesn’t have the sweater on. In the second photo, the larger harness fits so much better.It should be noted that. my dog has a ‘constipated’ look on her face because, in general, she doesn’t like to wear a harness. She would have this look on her face regardless of the harness she wears.My suggestions for improvements include a buckle that isn’t so difficult to open. I feel as though the buckle requires more finger strength than some of the higher quality buckles require. I could imagine that if my 80+ year old mom needed to undo the buckle, she would have a fair amount of difficulty in doing so.Another suggestion for improvement would be to add reflective stitching around the edges of the harness. While the harness does have a couple of patches of reflective material, I feel as though it is the minimal amount needed in order to call it a reflective harness.

Excellent harness that is comfortable and well made for even the most active dog
This is an excellent and comfortable harness for dogs – and this is the second one of these we have purchased (we loved the first one for out smaller dog so much). First, it’s made of a breathable, padded, and soft material with quality stitching. It shouldn’t cause any heat issues with dogs during the summer, dries quickly if they play in the water, and has no rough edges – it is very soft all around. It velcros on your dog, allowing you to make it a little smaller or larger easily, and then plastic clips snap together to keep the velcro from coming undone during playtime. It has two metal loops for attaching your dog’s nametag, an airtag, and a leash. The additional two small areas of highly reflective material are nice to have – though I would like for it to have had more reflective material. I ordered the orange, which is bright safety orange in color – perfect for helping your little dog be seen. Installing this harness is easy thanks to its simple design and use of velcro – it only takes seconds to put the harness on or take it off – yet it is secure enough it won’t come off by itself. You can’t go wrong with this brand – it delivers excellent value and very high quality.
