Rain Bird CNV182MBS Drip Irrigation Sprinkler Conversion Kit, 1800 Pop-Up to 6 Drip Micro Bubblers with Tubing. Kit converts underground sprinklers in landscaped areas to water-saving Drip irrigation bubblers. Easily installed in minutes, this kit waters flower beds, shrubs, and more with pinpoint efficiency. All-in-one unit provides 30 psi pressure regulation, and 200-mesh filter screen for optimal Drip system performance. Saving up to 40% over sprinkler watering, Drip systems apply water directly to the root zone for healthier, faster-growing plants, longer lasting blooms, and greener leaves. Since you won’t be watering the surrounding soil, you’ll also have fewer weeds to pull. In most instances, owners of Rain Bird 1800 Series pop-up sprinklers (#1 installed sprinkler head by professional installers) will make the conversion without digging. To install, simply remove the old sprinkler heads, screw on the conversion heads and manifolds, attach the tubing and cut to length, and insert the stakes with the bug caps, placing the heads near the root zone of your plants. Each conversion head can be used to replace most standard pop-up sprinklers with a 1/2” threaded bottom inlet. Kit contains (1) pressure-compensating six-outlet manifold; (1) 1800 retro spray head with a filter and pressure regulator; (1) roll 50’ x 1/4” Drip distribution tubing; (6) 1/4″ barbed couplers, (6) staked adjustable micro-bubblers. You can cap off any additional unused spray heads using Rain Bird’s model 1800CAPS (sold separately). Rain Bird “The Intelligent Use of Water”

    Great system for creative thinkers
This is a great system if you are the type of person who loves designing and creating your own setup. It’s sort of like the erector set for the adult gardner. This comes with a 6 outlet manifold and a stake otherwise I think the Rain Bird DRIPPAILQ Drip Irrigation Repair and Expansion Kit is a better deal. I purchased both and have used most of the material.I currently have two setupsThe first one is at the corner of the backyard fence where we have several plants (Rhodies, roses, and a new tree). Then about 30 feet down the two fence lines we have several new trees planted. I set the manifold just right of the corner plants. I have two lines that feed the trees running down the fence lines and two more lines that feed the different plants in the corner. It’s well over 100 feet of running line because I had to use some of the tubing from the expansion kit. While I mainly use one or two emitters and different gallons per hour depending on size of plant I also used a couple of bubblers. I had to use a few emitters and Ts from the expansion kit as well. It will take a few waterings and testing just to see how well my design is working especially right now with record breaking heat. But that’s what I love about this system – you can design and redesign anytime. The second run is for five new trees on about a 30 foot run. The expansion kit comes with a hose adapter that includes a screen. What I used the most was the tubing, of course, but also Ts and emitters. And I had just enough stakes but I will probably need to get more as I expand.Overall this is a great way to water your plants and save water/money during this hot season!

Excellent and easy to set up
This system went in easily and works well. Plenty of pieces to cover most needs. I was able to run it along three raised beds and supply tomatoes, basil, fennel and peppers without any issues.

    EASY!
I have been looking into drip irrigation for the perimeter of my house for awhile now. I was tired of getting the hose out each time and have to grab it out. My backyard is HUGE. I watched videos on YouTube and it all seemed so intimidating. I decided to just jump in and give it my best shot. I came across this set and I am so glad I did. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions don’t exactly give you tons of info, but it was enough for me to understand. I also watched some videos online to help. I suggest doing that as well.I took out the pieces and planned it all out. Once I got out there and started, it all just came together so easily. Connecting the tubes and all the little pieces was so easy. The only issue I came across was every once in awhile I found a piece hard to push in, but I wouldn’t say it’s the products fault.I ended up not having all the pieces I need, but this company made it super easy to order more things I needed right from their storefront.Once I got it all together and turned on…everything worked as it should. I did have a few leaks (not the products fault, all mine) and I just used silicone to fix it. Im honestly shocked I was able to do this all on my own and how easy this kit made it. It’s also very customizable so I feel like this could work in any garden.Tip that I learned: lay your tubing out in the sun for a little bit. This will make it easier to work with!

Great product at an attractive price
I paid less than half price by purchasing this on Amazon described as used bit in excellent condition. When I received it, an inspection of the goods determined that all parts were present and it appeared unused. The box was just a little beat up. Not the first time I have purchased things from Amazon Resold, and it won’t be the last. The product itself is well suited for use on a patio, porch or other area with container plants.

    Works Well
I have used this all summer in my garden and my flowers. So I can honestly say this product works very well. It saves time and my plants did very well. I could water my garden and flowers at the same time while getting something else done. The assembly was easy.

Wife loves it and so do I
My wife is a master gardener and she has tons of pots all over the front and back of the house. Watering them is a real chore and I decided to take a first stab at a drip system. Based on teh reviews at Amazon I chose this system and some additional parts to meet all the needs for the dozen pots out front. What a piece of cake to install. If you can use a heavy pair of scissors or light wire cutters and can read directions you can install this as I did in no time. I did ten pots in under an hour. These are very large pots in varying size and with different plants. The hard part is knowing how much water to put on them each day. If you can calculate that, my wife did, then you know which type of gallon per hour filters to install in the line and how ofter to run the system. You will need a spigot mounted timer for your system. All you do is layout your plan, I did it in my head, then start at one end, cut the tubing, insert a tee in the cut you made, add tubing to the other tee point, insert the GPH filter (determines the flow of water out the tube), insert another small section of tube on the other side of the filter attach the bug guard to the end of the tubing and insert it in thepot with the holder provided. Move to the next pot and repeat. This is as easy as it gets. count the number of pots you have and I used a tee for each pot, there are cheaper ways but I find this worth the cost. Per pot you need a tee, a gallon per hour filter, two small sections of tubing (the kit allowed me to do a porch oon both sides with about 6 stairs)and a stake that includes the bug filter. The timer is optional but will make the system self-watering. Buck

This was an easy set up. Bought a timer and works great. Saves me so much time. This is my second set purchased. Also bought some add ons so my back garden is well set up. I can go away and not worry about my plants dying
