This works well for my potting mix. I use for my Hoya and philodendron. I like that itâs pretty loose so that I donât have to chip it up or hydrate before using

Great for plants
I love this product for plants! I use it in my soil mix instead of orchid bark due to the pieces all being the same size and holds moisture better. My plants, especially the anthuriums seem to love it! The chunks hydrate just from the humidity alone and gives them the perfect amount of water.I do have a pet snake and plan to switch her sub out to this due to its ability to hold moisture so which helps keep her humidity up
