Just what I wanted!
The box was much smaller than I expected but it turned out to be a perfect size for my pet slug. If you have a bigger insect or any thing else bigger than a slug I would recommend a bigger terrarium than this one. It keeps the humidity at the perfect level and I love the magnet effect to hold the top shut. My slug has not been able to get out of the terrarium. Also the lid is easy to remove and clean. The air holes are small but the perfect size so my slug can not squeeze out of them. Overall this is an amazing design. I hope whoever is reading this review found it helpful!!!ð©·â¤ï¸ð§¡ððð©µððð¤ð©¶ð¤ð¤

Perfect for Slings
These are great for terrestrial tarantula slings. Magnetic lock gives extra peace of mind. Iâve been using these for about a year now with no escapes! Way better than the banded enclosures that collapse when you look at them funny. No assembly needed and great for the price.

Insect Wonderland: Where Mini Monsters Party!
Hey there, critter connoisseurs and arachnid aficionados! Ever wanted to throw the bash of the century for your eight-legged pals and insect buddies? Say hello to the REPTI ZOO Magnetic Acrylic Caseâa nano-scale night club for your tarantulas, scorpions, and the whole entomological crew! ð·ï¸ðWhen this little gem arrived, it was like Christmas morning for my creepy crawlies. The packaging was more secure than Fort Knox, probably to prevent any arachnid escape artists. You can’t cage the rock stars of the bug world that easily! ð ð·ï¸Assembling this party pad was a breeze. It’s like building a bug fort with Legos, only without the painful foot encounters. The magnetic magic made it all snap into place, and voila! A penthouse suite for my six-legged VIPs! ð¢ð§²The size? Perfecto! Not too big to make your critters feel like they’re lost in a bug metropolis, but spacious enough for a little dance-off between your mantis and isopod friends. Cha-cha-cha! ððºThe transparency of the acrylic? Crystal clear, like a bug version of MTV Cribs. Your critters can show off their digs without the need for paparazzi. Privacy is overrated, anyway! ðºð¦I must admit, watching my tarantula play hide-and-seek in this mini mansion was pure entertainment. It’s like a high-stakes game of peekaboo, with extra legs and less “boo.” ð»ð·ï¸In summary, if you’re looking for a Bug-flix and chill pad, the REPTI ZOO Magnetic Acrylic Case is your ticket to insect stardom. Get ready to host the ultimate bug bash where the creepy and the crawly come together for a night they’ll never forget! ðð

Great for my L. Parahybana Sling
I like how this is perfect for my Salmon Pink Birdeater sling. Perfect sized to put a tiny little pot for hiding and a water dish. I did end up having to solder some ventilation holes in the lid – The substrate was not drying out as much as it should and was staying slightly on the soggy side. Other than that it turned out perfect! Love the magnetic latch & how itâs easy to slide open to water & feed.

Itty bitty enclosure..
It’s cute! I plan to use it to culture a new colony of springtails after micromeshing the ventilation holes. It’s a bit fancy for what I intend to do with it, especially considering small tupperware is just fine for springtails, but I’m pleased. Packaged with care and came in perfect condition.

Not durable
Every one Iâve ordered has been broken. The magnetic piece that locks the lid in place hasnât been attached – so the lid wonât stay closed. I returned the broken one and received the same defect again. I give up.It looks nice. Great size for a small sling but not worth the hassle. But I donât want Amazon deactivating my account for too many returns.

Great enclosure IF your spider is big enough.
I have 5 of these terrariums, theyâre awesome no doubt. If you need something cheap to keep your slings in I would choose this or glass Tupperware. As long as youâre taking off the lid at least once a week air flow is not an issue for most slings with Tupperware. The problem with this enclosure is that the seems do not like up flush, which causes gaps in the enclosure. Now if your spiders are around .75â or more then you should be fine, but keep in mind not every spider you order online will be the size they say it will.I had one sling escape, Iâm very upset about that but I realize that if the sling is that small itâs best to just keep it in a Tupperware or a sauce container from a restaurant. This is a good transitory enclosure if the spider is big enough for viewing, but for $17 itâs not cheap.I think if this was no more than $10 or $12 it would be a no-brainer for a lot of people. They charge way too much for these cheap plastic containers that have gaps.Update: Iâve lowered my review for this product simply because there are better options, check out tarantula cribs. For the price of $17 at the very least this should have 2 magnets or more, and/or be a little larger instead of just one magnet. They are definitely making out like bandits the way these are priced. As is the product should not cost more than $10-$12 tops.

A small, clear and sturdy enclosure for my juvenile tarantula
This enclosure well made. The acrylic is thicker than other brands I’ve checked out. The seams are perfect all around and there are little feet on the bottom. It’s cross ventilated but there’s no ventilation on the lid. The magnets are strong, and they keep the lid firmly in place after it slides on and the enclosure doesn’t rattle if you shake it.The tarantula is currently in the process of webbing it all up so it seems to be doing fine in there.I’ll definitely be buying more of these in the future.
