Perfection
I have a pretty large reptile cage and I have 6 lights hooked on and it’s holding on fantastically. Easy to put together. You do have to figure it out on your own but it was simple.

Very nice stand
Much better than the previous stand I ordered that was made of plastic, advertised as metal. This one is indeed all metal. The wide base is huge and heavy making it perfect for holding two lamps and I don’t have to worry about it falling over onto my tank. Also love how the brackets swivel and close up making it easy to tuck one out of the way if you aren’t using both. Love this lamp stand!

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble and use. The only issue I’ve had with it is the rubber pieces interfere with light hangers making it hard to keep the light straight. Makes some of them tilt in an angle. I found it seems to work better with the Fluker’s sun dome fixtures since their hangers are longer and don’t catch on the rubber pieces.

No more sitting lights / heat lamps on top of cages!
These stands are perfect to keep your lights and heat lamp bulbs up off the lid of your cage/tank. My daughter has a pet frog and while trying to give it light and some heat, we had the lamps sitting on top of the lid (all metal lid). This was a constant issue when it was feeding time or time to clean the cage and the power cords were just laying where they wouldn’t be melted but was a big eye sore. This light stand solved all of our issues. It’s now a breeze to open the cage for feeding and for cleaning, we simply slide the stand out of the way to fully open the lid to the cage. I found that wrapping the slack of the power cords around the base and up to the top, makes the unsightly mess of wires go away. The overall look of the area is so much nicer now. My daughter is so much happier now that she can feed and care for her frog on her own and doesn’t need my help with holding this and that just to open the cage for feeding. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who keeps retiles and wants to have hassle free lighting with their cage.

My Tarantula Is Cozy and Warm Now
I have a pet tarantula and unfortunately, the room that I have him in is slightly colder in the cooler months compared to the rest of the house. I needed something to offer him some warmth in his terrarium. Originally, I had a pinktoe tarantula (Avicularia Avicularia) so I purchased a vertical terrarium (18 inches in height) built for a climber. I also purchased a heat lamp stand with it. Unfortunately, itâs nearly the height of the terrarium with the lamp hanging from it, so I might as well place the heat lamp on the top screen which emits more heat that he needs. The REPTI ZOO dual lamp stand gives me more height (37 inches), so I can raise the lamp to a height that keeps the temp more bearable for him. Also, it gives me the option of adding another accessory, like a mister/fogger to keep his environment humid due to the lamp drying up much of the moisture inside. Itâs a much-needed accessory, itâs sturdy, easy to assemble and the perfect height if you have a tall enclosure or just need to adjust the height of your accessory(ies). It also comes with small clips to hold your cords at bay so they donât get in the way.

Can’t hold the lights
I put the lights on to the stand, and the pivoting arms are not held by a tightening bolt/lock nut, but rather a rivet and it can’t hold the single 8.5″ light fixture with basking bulb, nor the 5.5″ fixture with 10.0 UVB bulb on the other fixture. Would not recommend.
