Large is perfect for our tree frogs to bathe in and it was an awesome bonus to get two for the price!

Not ideal
For young animals, this might work for you, but for a full grown reptile or amphibian, you can anticipate some issues. The suctions didn’t stay on for my chameleon or tree frogs, but it did keep the mealworms in. It’s pretty cheap material, but it doesn’t need to be fancy to feed out bugs! They’re pretty small, so my animals would often kick bugs out of the containers when they leave the area, which defeats the purpose of these anyhow.

Had to glue
For me, I had to glue the top on the bottom piece together in order for them to remain together while animals climb on it. I also had to glue it to the glass in order for it not to fall off.

I feel conflicted because they actually stay up without falling like everything else with suction cups in the tank but the bug guard cracked almost instantly.

Clear is a problem, plastic is weak
My anoles get confused with the clear plastic and try to get to the food from the underside. Recommend making these in white and black to contrast with the insects. White works well for things like black soldier fly larva. Black works well for meal worms. Plastic is brittle and broke easily.

Excellent parakeet treat dish
I love the size as I wanted a small treat cup for my parakeets when they sit in the window looking out. This is perfect. And again, packaging was great, very sturdy small box and inside a big padded envelope- wonderfull. Well made heavy plastc. Two suction cups for snug fit to glass. Very happy.

I use these in my chameleon’s cage. She’s picky about her food, and I like to separate them so they don’t kill each other while she’s waiting to hunt.

the product is advertised as clear dishes but it came bright green. the suction cups are also warped/bad quality so it wouldn’t even stick to the glass. will be returning
