Solid starter
Great ventilation. Has 2 small magnets at the end of the lid which help it stick in place. Just got my fireleg tarantula, it shipped measured at 2-2.5 inches and this is more than enough room for it. Should last a good while. There is some clarity issues and some sort of weird rainbow/oil spill like effect on the walls? But it’s only at certain angles and it’s not that severe. Overall I’d definitely recommend. I was going to get a tarantula crib but the price was holding me off, this is a good compromise for price and quality. If you’re just starting out or even have a collection, these are hard to beat for the price.

There are many sizes to choose from. The magnetic latch is strong and the lid functions properly. There are no gaps at the corners, which looks better to me and makes your enclosure waterproof (no leaks). Very sturdy.

NOT for jumping Spiders
I like this terrarium – it’s well built, no assembly is required and the acrylic is very clear. Unfortunately, the vent holes are large enough that both species of fruit fly can walk right through. So, it’s not suitable for anything that would normally use drosophila for food (jumping spiders or small/juvenile mantids). It’s frustrating because this would be a fantastic habit if the the vent holes were a bit smaller.Reviewed: small slide lid version

Best enclosure I’ve purchased!
I have 32 tarantulas and have purchased every type of enclosure available on the market. I have now purchased 9 of these enclosures in a variety of sizes and will definitely be purchasing more in the future. They have a variety of sizes available. These enclosures are very easy to assemble, look amazing, very sturdy, well ventilated, stackable, scratch resistant and are crystal clear. There is a feeding window so you do not have to open the lid. I highly recommend as a tarantula keeper. You will not be disappointed!

Incorrect dimensions
The dimensions of this item are not correct. It is 2âs shorter in length than described. Iâve ordered 2 other enclosures from them and have been just fine. Unfortunately for this one Iâll just have to use it as I have no other choice because the Tarantula I order will be here tomorrow.

Perfect for feeder crickets!
We use this to house feeder crickets for reptiles. Itâs super high quality and was cheaper than the ones at the box store. Crickets got out of my other terrarium so I was so happy to have this with smaller homes to transfer them to! Love the magnetic closure for peace of mind too!

Perfect for my growing Tarantula
Nice little acrylic cage that my Chaco golden knee can grow into a bit. Seems like there no gaps and lid slides open/closed easily. Large enough to put a small thermometer/hydrometer in it and a small hide.
