My picky bitch eats this fairly easily!
My little momma of 6 pups is a very picky eater (even while pregnant and now while nursing) and she will take these! It does require the tiniest amount of effort on my part, she isn’t snatching them out of my hand or begging for more but, if I gently push it to her mouth and ask her nicely, she will chew (and swallow!) this supplement. It has given me a lot of peace of mind that she is getting enough calcium and it seems to help her feed her 5 boys and sweet little girl all at once as opposed to splitting her feedings into 2 parts (4 on /2 off then vice versa) like she was at first. Of course, I have no idea if these are the sole reason for that but she didn’t seem to have enough milk until I got these into her for a few days. I was worried I would have to supplement their feedings with replacement milk but I ended up feeding it to her in the end instead(which could also be a contributing factor to her overall good health during these first stages of her first litter.) Either way, I am happy to say this has been one of the only things during this experience with her that I never questioned! Thanks!
