Works like magic
This is a very effective poultice that produces phenomenal results. I’ve been using Runners Relief for years in various ailments. A jar tends to last for months, cost efficient for how well it works. There is no medicinal type smell, or overly sticky mud feeling and washing it off easier than traditional bentonite clay poultice.
