Strong, sturdy, and adjustable
I purchased for leg and glute weight bearing exercising in my at home garage gym. I needed something a bit shorter than my weight bench but higher than a step-up and adjustable for progression. This step is wide enough and sturdy enough to support substantial amounts of weight with secure footing. I like that there is some traction on the top of the step that prevents slipping. And the colored traction strips making seeing my placement better. I, also, like that adjusting the height is easy, locks well, and hasnât pinched my fingers as other similar adjustable items. I like that it has a functional handle that allows me to easily move as I need to for other practical jobs around the home or garage. I am pleased with this purchase.
