Best
These are amazing fly boots, no slouching, light weight, and my horse doesn’t try to take them off!! My girl can destroy fly boots and masks within a month. The others I have tried were contoured to her legs and she hated them. These I was concerned would slouch but they have held up nicely!! Nice to know I wont have to waste money buying new fly boots every month.

I just received these a couple of days ago. I put them on her today and they fit perfectly and she seemed comfortable in them. I’m not sure white is the best color for the desert dirt, but if they keep the flies off my black horse it will be OK

Easy to put on and looked comfortable. Unfortunately my boy pulled them off almost immediately and ripped off the Velcro.

Useless and cumbersome.
First, it took two weeks to get after I ordered and I do have Prime. I have two horses, one large 16 hand quarter horse and a 14.2 Peruvian Paso. When I first got the wraps I was impressed with the beauty of the wraps, white and sheer. I know white fly wraps, lol. When I put them on I noticed that the Velcro was exceptionally strong my thought good looking and effective. After one night, in the morning, wrong on both counts. Of the eight legs I wrapped three were now anklets and being walked on, two on the little guy and one on the other. All but one had folded on themselves and covering about 1/2 of the legs. I originally wrapped them twice because I wants to make sure they would stay in place. The sheer material is not sturdy enough to maintain shape but the Velcro is very strong so with the flimsy material and exceptionally strong Velcro it was most frustrating to work with. I had received a notice that it wasnât refundable made the frustrating experience even more so. Iâve had horses for forty years so it isnât like Iâve never used fly wraps before. My suggestion pass on this and get sturdier material.

Great for the price
I use these exclusively on my mare who is very sensitive with things on her hind legs. These are light weight, offer good protection, wash up great ( I add a little bleach to the wash), and are very reasonably priced. The only wish would be that they would cover the coronet band.

Lightweight, well tolerated, & breathable!
Flies love my poor mule, who also has fly allergies. Because he’s a PITA, Romeo goes through fly boots like crazy trying to get them off LOL, whether from boredom or bc he itches and chews bc of his allergies, or stuff gets stuck inside so many brands! Except when he’s wearing THIS brand. When I got the package and pulled them out, I was shocked at how lightweight and airy the mesh looked, and looked like they’d probably only last a day or two bc the materials are soooo light. Well, he left them alone! I was so surprised. The mesh is made up of a fine netting material that is like fishing line, hence their strength. Romeo says they are the most comfortable fly boots I’ve ever bought for him. Even with long, non-industrial strength velcro tab, he shockingly left them completely alone! These are great for horses that don’t like to wear fly boots! If they play in the water, their legs dry out fast. I have tried them all, they all sag down some, including these, but not too badly. If you apply the Velcro too tight at the bottom, shavings and bedding, dirt etc. will accumulate in the bottom of the fly boot. But Romeo didn’t seem to care much at all. I only wish they came with soft flexible “stays” to keep the boots from sagging down. I will definitely buy these again—when and if Romeo eventually decides to take them off and chew them up lol
