Fun and Capable Little Rod & Reel
This is a nice little fishing rod. I bought it to use as a cat toy – tie a catnip mouse to the line and send it out through the living room while watching TV. The small rod is good for indoor use and the cat loves to chase the mouse. Its actually a capable casting rod and reel and you can drop the mouse pretty accurately. I think it would be an excellent introduction to angling for a young person. Both rod and reel seem to be well made, the line seems to be pretty low test though.
